Had his identity momentarily stolen by his warlock teammate, leading to him becoming the best man at a wedding in the epilogue, and was bullied by a nothic. - Dr. Remy "Evergreen" Barovich (Curse of Strahd), a persnickety mysophobic doctor clad in full-body green floral-patterned plague doctor garb. Was an alchemist until his long-lost brother died in front of him in a grueling battle against a hag, later became an abjuration wizard to better protect his allies. - Elinora Gretchen Maiglöckchen Zauberknochengerüstdottir (homebrew fantasy high school campaign), teenage homunculus warlock daughter of the immortal C.E.O of Necrosoft. A studious but lonely goth girl who made friends with some other misfits and ended up rebelling against her dad. Some of my shelf characters: - A totally normal humanoid that is definitely NOT a sentient magic orb manipulating a hat, robe, gloves, and boots to resemble the shape of a humanoid, but if it were, which it is NOT, it would be traveling to discover for itself what it means to be alive after pondering upon the life of its late master, a master wizard from an era long gone. Its worldly knowledge is a bit... antiquated, but it is luckily a quick and eager learner. - A lonely lighthouse keeper who became penpals with what is definitely a (rather destructive but relatively well-meaning) eldritch god. When her lighthouse was "accidentally" destroyed, she made the choice to leave and start the journey she always dreamed of since she was little. - A knight strugging to walk in his full plate armor, stumbling, sweating and sobbing profusely because his adventuring team abandoned him. This was the path chosen for him by his strict father, but his true destiny is... well, whatever the party happens to need.
