🌟 CALL FOR CREATORS – COMMUNITY POKÉMON WORLD PROJECT 🌟
Hello everyone! 👋
I’m currently looking for people who are interested in helping build a fully custom Pokémon D&D-style experience from the ground up. This post is not a recruitment for players — it is specifically for creators, planners, writers, artists, and organizers who enjoy worldbuilding as its own hobby.
This project focuses on creating an original Pokémon region together:
All routes, towns, cities, and landmarks are custom-made by us
All NPCs, factions, gyms, villains, and side characters are created collaboratively
The region will have its own history, myths, culture, and internal logic
⚠️ Important clarification:
The campaign itself is not scheduled to start anytime soon. This phase is entirely about designing and building the world, not playing in it yet. If you enjoy planning, lore writing, structuring systems, or visual design, this is the stage where you’ll thrive.
🧠 Project Philosophy & Structure
We will be using existing Pokémon only
→ This allows battles to be easily run via Pokémon Showdown (free to use, no paywalls).
The final world, once completed, will be free for anyone to use
→ This is a community project, not a private or locked setting.
No gatekeeping, no ownership drama
→ Contributions are credited, but the world belongs to the community.
English only!
→ The Campaign will foremost be designed in english only. Once the whole thing is done anone can translate it to their hearts content.

Organization tools ready to go Meaning we can start immediately once people join.
This is meant to be a slow-burn, passion-driven project, not something rushed or pressured.
🛠️ Roles We’re Looking For
You can take on one role or multiple, depending on interest and energy. The more people involved, the better and richer the world becomes.
🌍 World Builder
Designs the physical region: towns, cities, routes, biomes, and landmarks.
You shape how the region feels to explore — what lives where, how places connect, and how geography affects culture. Think of yourself as a Legendary Pokémon shaping the land itself.
📜 Lore Keeper
Handles history, myths, Pokédex-style entries, cultural traditions, and long-term storytelling.
You make sure the world feels old, lived-in, and meaningful — where every ruin, legend, and Pokémon has a reason to exist.
⚔️ Encounter Artificer
Designs wild encounters, trainer battles, rivals, puzzles, and special events.
You balance fun, challenge, and fairness, ensuring that gameplay moments feel exciting and memorable without being frustrating.
🎨 Art Warden
Creates or helps conceptualize maps, NPC designs, symbols, and visual references.
This role is about translating ideas into visuals — whether through full art, sketches, mockups, or visual inspiration boards.
📚 Archive Guardian
Organizes and maintains documentation: NPC lists, lore entries, encounters, timelines, and region notes.
You keep everything searchable, readable, and coherent so the project doesn’t collapse under its own creativity.
