Conan 2d20 or "Conan: Adventures in an Age Undreamed Of", is a low-magic, high-action, fantasy roleplaying game set millennia ago, in the Hyborian Age. Immersed in an exotic land, strewn with ancient ruins, Stygian jungles and frozen wastes - where the heroes are daring, the treasures fleeting and the horrors Lovecraftian. Magic is shunned (but present nonetheless) and sorcerers are vilified; their dark machinations and obscene rituals have earned them fearful reputations and, often as not, a swift burning at the stake. Description The players can create competent and cunning characters from the start (best done with the online character generator - below) and immerse themselves in the joy of battle, tactical play and clever use of the environment. Teamwork is strongly encourage via archetypal characters, powerful talents and the use of shared Momentum and Doom resources, that can be used to spectacular effect or perilous misadventure.  System Overview & Key Features Momentum and Doom points are shared resources that accumulate during action scenes and battles. They are spent to activate powerful talents and abilities, which allow the characters to perform outrageous feats and spectacular displays - or imperil them just when they thought they were safe. Displays are a methods of intimidation, varying techniques that enable a character to demoralise their foes and strike fear into the hearts of man and beast alike. Win the war before it starts! Wounds and healing mechanics that allow character to shrug off scrapes but still significantly suffer from serious injuries until healed. Skills and talents related to them that cater for most possible situations and allow for daring escapades and mighty battles. Actual Play
I SEDUCE THE DRAGON is a bi-weekly actual play Dungeons & Dragons podcast, brilliantly produced and sound designed with the non-player in mind.  Hosted by a group of high-achieving women across wildly different fields, I SEDUCE THE DRAGON takes on tabletop gaming from a hilariously high femme perspective. About the show I Seduce The Dragon started as five professional women just trying to make friends and not lose our minds. A podcast? Nowhere on the vision board. But apparently, when you mix phenomenal chemistry with a bit of dice rolling, you get something very special.  Our DM, who’s also a professional editor and movie mixer, started chopping up our sessions into bite-sized 10-minute recaps to send to the players, because we’re sentimental nerds who like keepsakes. Then it hit us: these clips were hilarious. Like, painfully so. And what we’ve got—this brand of friendship, ruthless teasing, and charming, colorful storytelling—felt too good to keep to ourselves. No, we’re not actors (cue gasp), but you’ll still get top-tier roleplay because we’ve spent way too much time bringing these characters to life. We’re playing in the world of Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, but you might not recognize much beyond a few familiar names and snow-smothered landmarks. We didn’t just toss those plotlines into the snowdrifts—we lit them on fire for warmth.  Prepare yourself for character-driven shenanigans careening through the tundra like a pack of rabid yetis on a sugar high. So pull up a chair and join us in Icewind Dale. Links youtube.com  - Youtube channel istdpod.com  - Official website patreon.com  - Patreon page

The game is offered both as a complete standalone system and as a modular "rules hack" booklet that can be integrated directly into an ongoing Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition campaign. System Overview & Key Features Fast Combat Don’t waste your time rolling to see if you can deal damage, just roll your damage dice! You deal that much damage. Attacks miss on a 1, but rolling the maximum is an EXPLODING Critical Hit! Exploding critical hits Roll the die again and add it to the total. There is no limit to how many times this damage can stack, except your luck!
