YOUR Lost Mine of Phandelver (And Beyond)

Roleplay focused

Homebrew
[Gametime: Mondays 10AM PST - 2PM PST - Cant Believe there's not a spot for this]
Hello everyone, I am Stacatto, and I may be your new DM!
I am running a heavily modified version of Lost Mine of Phandelver, heavily modified enough that at this point the group is mostly off script completely. There are references and area names that remain the same, the same basic story framework, but at this point the majority of the remaining content is custom. That said, if you ARE interested in playing the module in the future without spoilers, this may not be the game for you. Spoilers to follow for Lost Mine of Phandelver in the following paragraph:
“After the hard fought defense against a siege on Phandalin that cost many homes and many lives, The party finds themselves frantically searching for a new plan of action. They have found the Entrance to Wave Echo Cave, the supposed home of the Forge of spells, but they don't know how to enter. This is a problem they share with 'The Widow' a villain who grows ever more frantic and violent by the day. Do they try to beat her in the race to the forge, or find her lair and take care of the threat before she does even more irreparable harm?”
After this short adventure I plan to open up the campaign and make it about YOU, the players, or more specifically, your characters. With that in mind, strong roleplaying is a must. This doesn't mean putting on a voice, but it does mean that you act in character as much as possible, make your decisions based upon what they would do, not what you would do. Because of this, I'd prefer experienced players to new players, but this isn't a hard-set rule.
The party has been playing for quite a while now and have all reached level 4 (which is where you will begin as well). The party currently consists of a Half-Elf Rogue, a Human Divination Wizard, A Bugbear Rune Knight Fighter, a Dhampir Oath of Vengeance Paladin, and a Dhampir Hexblade Warlock. I would prefer players don't double up on classes so everyone gets to have their own special roles.

Scheduling & Table Expectations:
We play (almost) every Monday from 10am to 2pm PST. I am a stickler for people taking this block of time seriously. There will be seven of us who all set aside time to play this game and create this story, if you can't routinely be present during this time slot, don't bother applying.
On that note, this little group of ours has become pretty tight knit. Respect is a much, friendliness is even better. We don't want players with main character syndrome or who talk over or try and play FOR others. We have all become friends above table as well as in game, and I think we would all like for the newest member of the group to slot into that dynamic as well.

The type of game I like to run:
I'd ultimately like this to be a very character focused game. I have played at other tables where full sessions can occur without the 'plot' moving forward because the party is getting to know each other or creating their own little adventures. This is gold to me. I am a very character motivated person, and I hope that you will be too!
I'd like to make the game challenging, but fair both in and out of combat. Your characters will gain a reputation, and their actions will have consequences, both good and bad.
Tonally, I am a very jokey person, and am assuming comedy is going to be a big part of the game, both above table and in character, but there is a time and place for everything, Melodrama is something I also enjoy, and I will not be shying away from dark, R-Rated, topics in my games.
