Will you be among those who return? --- ## Experienced AD&D 1st Edition Players Wanted I'm looking for **one or two players** to join an established **Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 1st Edition** campaign. This isn't an OSR clone. It isn't "old-school inspired." It isn't 5E wearing a fake beard. This is **AD&D 1st Edition**, played very much in the TSR spirit. More importantly, you'll be joining a **living campaign that has been running for over three years**, where every victory, every disaster and every decision has become part of the world's history. --- ## The Campaign Inspired by classic sword & sorcery and TSR adventures, the campaign blends published classics with original material into a single persistent world. The classic modules are places within that world rather than isolated adventures, and what happens in one expedition continues to shape those that follow. The current expedition has reached the frozen north, but the campaign also encompasses political intrigue, wilderness expeditions, forgotten ruins, ancient conspiracies and dangerous dungeon delving. --- ## What to Expect • AD&D 1st Edition played largely as written • A persistent world that continues to evolve • Exploration over scripted stories • Resource management and meaningful logistics • Intelligent enemies with morale, plans and objectives • Real consequences for success and failure • No encounter scaling • No plot armour • Combat is dangerous, and retreat is sometimes the wisest course. --- ## About the Group We're a friendly, welcoming bunch with a good sense of humour. We enjoy immersive roleplaying, exploration and solving problems as a group. The atmosphere around the table is relaxed.
