Moth to a Flame — A D&D Campaign Currently in the work in progress, both server and post, may take some time until this gig actually starts but who knows. The first act of The Tales of Acaridian Wrath has ruptured amongst an elder reality, destroying everything and bleeding its corruption into ours. Acaridian is a simple world of fantasy but not at the mercy of its own chaos. We are set in the desert of Anibuah, a land of dune and scorching rays of heat and herds of vicious monsters, the land is threatened by orcs and elementals as the dragons slumber begins to break from chains beneath, a titan that must remain sealed and now our party is here in search for a lost relic, one which may prevent the titan from awakening, but first they must find the hall of judgement, where the elder god Judge had imprisoned Diablo the dragon titan of ages.. Moth to a Flame focuses heavily on: Exploration Rich worldbuilding and deep lore High fantasy mixed with cosmic horror Meaningful character progression Homebrew runic magic and customization Large scale boss encounters and evolving threats Moth to a Flame features a fully homebrew magic system known as the Rune System. Every creature is connected to the Weave, a vast network of magical threads tied to ambition, souls, concepts, and existence itself. Through this connection, characters may awaken unique Runes — magical powers ranging from elemental abilities like Fire, Water, and Storm, to reality-defying runes such as Chaos, Void, Creation, and Veil. Runes evolve alongside the player, granting: Passive enhancements Unique combat abilities Rune crafting and enchantment Custom evolutions and ascensions Rare legendary or exotic powers The system allows for heavy customization while remaining deeply tied to the lore and themes of the world. No two rune users are truly alike, and stronger runes can eventually influence reality itself. Ash and Salt — A D&D Campaign A dark fantasy nautical adventure set in the world of Acaridian. The seas are dying. Once protected by the mercy of forgotten gods, the oceans of Thaloruun have become a graveyard of storms, ash, pirates, monsters, and ancient horrors rising from beneath the waves. Across shattered islands and cursed waters, powerful pirate lords wage war over relics, runic power, and the fate of the Weave itself. Players begin in the thriving port city of Thalaris, home of the Grand Maelstrom Unity Guild — a massive alliance of bounty hunters, traders, explorers, mercenaries, and rune scholars. From there, the campaign expands into a vast oceanic world filled with eldritch mysteries, legendary sea beasts, fallen angels, undead fleets, ancient ruins, and rival factions battling for control of the seas.
