Hello everyone! My name is Michael, I am a 25 year old guy who is a huge fan of the World of Darkness, and I am looking for a group or Chronicle that is FREE to join! I emphasize "free" because I am already in a paid DND campaign and can't afford another paid game at the moment, so I hope you understand! Games I'm Applying For: Vampire: The Masquerade V5, Dark Ages: Vampire, and Demon: The Fallen. (Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniv. would also be nice!) I have V5 on Demiplane. The rest I have the PDFs I purchased through DriveThruRPG. I am most familiar with Demon: The Fallen, but any of the WoD games I've listed here I'd happily play in! Experience with WoD: I have no experience with the tabletop games beyond watching online groups playing them, though I do have a few of the V5 books online via Demiplane (Corebook, Player's Guide, Chicago by Night), and the PDFs of others (Dark Ages: Vampire, Victorian Age: Vampire, Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniv, and Demon: The Fallen). The online chronicles I've seen are NY by Night, while I am still watching LA by Night and Ancestral Blood, so I do have fore-knowledge on how VtM games may flow, even if I don't have all the rules memorized! I have also been watching some online Chronicles of other games, such as McStabber Studios’ Demon the Road to Hell. Beyond the tabletop I have played various video games (Redemption, Bloodlines, Bloodlines 2, Swansong, Blood Hunt, WtA: Earthblood), I have played through visual novels ( VTM NY visual novel trilogy), I have recently started some interactive novels (Parliament of Knives, The Book of Hungry Names), and have started some of the novels (Clan Novel Toreador, Dark Ages Clan Novel Nosferatu, Grail Covenant, Ashes and Angel Wings)! Experience with Tabletops: I have been a fan of tabletops, mainly DND, for a few years now via online groups and podcasts, most notably Critical Role. I am also a small-time fan of groups like McStabber Studios, MagiRPG, Legends of Avantris, and Dice Times. I know how TTRPGs flow and especially how to roleplay, as that is and always has been my favorite aspect of these games! I started my first ever DND campaign a few months ago, and have been enjoying it very much and have been learning about all the mechanics! As for WoD, I understand all the general rules of play having read through the books I have purchased on Demiplane or DriveThruRPG and I feel I have a decent grasp of them. All I am lacking is the actual experience, which I am hoping to soon rectify! What I Have to Offer As A Player: I am the kind of player who takes the game very seriously, in that I am a great note taker, I go deep into roleplaying, I like crafting original and layered backstories for my characters, and I like to see my character develop and evolve as a person (or as a Monster!) throughout the campaign, whether that is mentally, physically, and/or when it comes to their abilities. I am also a very open-minded and friendly person, not to sound immodest. I am very LGBTQ+ Friendly, being a member of that community myself, and so I am the least judgmental person I know! Again, not to sound immodest! I am also very punctual. IF I am able to meet at the appointed time, then I will always be on time or early no matter what! The Kind of Monster I'd Play: My favorite Cainite clans, in no particular order, are as follows: Lasombra, Nosferatu, Cappadocian/Hecata, Tremere, Brujah, Ravnos. These are the clans that I would be most interested in playing. I like how unique they all are and the fact that they each, despite having some similarities, would play completely differently. I like playing characters that are morally grey but that strive to be better in a world of darkness and inherent violence. As for the Fallen I'd play? The Factions I enjoy the most are the Faustian and the Reconciler. The House I enjoy the most are the Slayers, the Angels of Death. The host body would likely be someone on the fringes of society, someone who knew suffering and so attracted one who has similarly despaired. The Fallen would likely be a melancholic one wallowing in darkness and righteous anger, but still wanting to do better and having an insatiable drive to fight against the injustices that have become increasingly common across Creation. What I Am Looking For: I am primarily looking for a World of Darkness Chronicle and group to join! I am hoping for a game with depth and lots of lore, with a Storyteller that is as serious about their Chronicle as I would be for my character! This can be in-person in NYC, or online! The ONLY caveat regarding online play is that I would have to use either Demiplane or Roll20 since that is where I purchased the books that I have listed above! Of course, we can simply use online for chatting and use actual character sheets, etc. Availability: I am not available Thursday and Saturday nights EST as I have other games at those times. Availability could potentially be made, however.

Salutations! Recently I've discovered Delta Green and am intrested in playing it. I have played ( and Keepered ) Call of Cthulhu so I am fairly experienced with the rules and how d100 systems work. Currently I ( 33 M) am looking for a one-shot or short campaigns ( 3-4 sessions). I am open to both paid and free games. In case of the former, I expect fair pricing, as a paid Dungeon Master I understand how time consuming it is to prepare such things, but I am not open to overpaying ( i.e $30 for a single session,  which is 90% theater of mind). Hi there. My name’s Oxana. I’ve recently created my first D&D character and I’m looking for my first actual adventuring party. I’m new to playing, but I’ve watched a lot of D&D campaigns and know the general flow of the game. My character: Female Tabaxi Rogue / Artificer, Chaotic Good, Level 7: Arcane Trickster 3 / Battle Smith 4. Built in D&D Beyond with a full character sheet. She is queerplatonic, so no ERP. Her concept is designed around her Level 7 features, so I’m looking for a campaign where starting at Level 7 is possible. She uses customized equipment and a few flavourful homebrew elements, built to stay within reasonable Level 7 balance rather than gain extra power. I’m not looking to downgrade/rebuild her, but I’m open to reasonable DM review before joining. Milestone progression preferred. Looking for: D&D 5e 2014 preferred, but 2024-compatible is fine if Artificer, Firearms, and expanded/legacy options are allowed. I’m looking for strong RP and character interaction, balanced combat, exploration, scavenging/adventuring episodes, and the possibility for party relationships and choices to affect the plot. I prefer a balance of humour and seriousness, roleplay rather than professional acting, and a DM open to creativity/improvisation while still reasonably following the rules. No heavy tragedy, horror, gore, snuff, excessive violence, or trauma-focused storytelling. Players and DM must be 18+. About me: I live in Tbilisi, Georgia, GMT+4. Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, both as GM and as player, and I'd like to get back into it. I prefer GMing because I enjoy world building and long-term campaigns, delving deeper into the preset worlds to give them my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is immersive, often choosing to play the right track at the right second for the right scene. That said, I enjoy the acting and teamwork part of playing, so I'd like to get the chance to do that as well from time to time. I'm also launching a paid Vampire: The Masquerade 5e soon, so I'm willing to trade seats if our tastes and playstyles match. As this is my player profile, I'd like to focus on roleplay heavy horror games. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have a lot of experience in the previous edition of Call of Cthulhu set in the Roaring Twenties, so I'm sure I can adapt to the new edition easily. Lastly, I have no experience in Shadowdark or Mothership, but I'd like the chance to try them out to round up the horror theme. When it comes to my playing style, I'm roleplay focused and lean into characters keen on knowledge and lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors, librarians looking for eldritch tomes, and tomb raiding archaeologists. When I GM, I lean towards Rule of Cool, and I favor players who invest creativity in their characters. Hello. I have been playing D&D 5e for 2 years, looking for a weekly game whether in 5e or 5.5e. Preferably evenings in the weekends, as I am available after 6 PM EST. Definitely can commit to a consistent weekly game night provided that if 1) IRL does not throw a wrench my way or 2) game is canceled.  I enjoy a game where it is combat focused, in no way I am against roleplaying, could mix it up between the two. I am okay with character death, and games whether its homebrew, or official or games converted from different modules. My favorite class to play is the fighter and my go to favorite is the cavalier, a classic knight on horse subclass that defends his party and lives by his own code.

New campaign, ongoing campaign, homebrew campaign, published campaign: it does not matter. Whether it is a newly created spot or just subbing in -- new character, fill-in character, NPC, former player's character: I will join your table with glee and vigor.    (note: vigor is extra) I enjoy all three pillars of TTRPGS (combat, roleplay, exploration) and appreciate when there is a healthy balance among them. I am partial to roleplaying, however, as I feel it is the one element you cannot find in other gaming formats. In the TTRPG Rock, Paper, Scissors game that takes place in the deep and cloistered recesses of my mind: ROC > RAI > RAW. I am open to learning and trying new systems.  I am a very easy-going and jocular sort, prone to tomfoolery betimes, but know full well when to wear the frowny mask versus the smiley one. A former teacher, I am very newbie friendly (to both players and GMs), and am gooder than most with the word use-ing for to tell things and show other things and for the explaining.   I write creatively ever and anon when the humour stirs. Hello, I've never played dnd before but I really love storytelling and creating characters, so I thought trying out dnd could be fun. ^^ I think I would enjoy roleplay and character focused games more, (& I'm also rlly interested in the psychology of the characters, especially if their struggles are protrayed in a more serious light). I am a grown adult and have some limited experience playing D&D 5e I'm looking for a group that plays regularly on a week night (not Fridays). I work a job that can be unpredictable at times where I can have mandatory overtime that's given  the day of which could occasionally have an impact on my ability to play. That said I intend to attend on a consistent schedule, I don't mind a small fee for the GM as long as the game is run well, fair and most importantly fun.  Game play persona, I enjoy combat and thinking out side of the box for quirky fun solutions. I can play a serious character or a silly but game focused character.  For what it's worth my favorite character to play is a cleric, I can do battle, healer or a mix of both !  So if you need a healer, I can be your guy! I prefer a game where the GM makes it a fun challenge but doesn't railroad the campaign nor do they make it so complex where I'm spending more time making notes than playing the game. I have no issues playing with whoever (adults) so long as everyone keeps politics and religion out of the game session :) of course except those which apply to the game.

I've been a part of a few DnD campaigns over the last few years but i'ds still consider myself a "newbie" to the game. i've been part of a few games already but almost everyone of them would die out to quickly, so learning the game was almost more of a slow curve and a trail and error each time. I've had the itch to play DnD for a long time now but it's always mainly been with friends. but with how things have been lately i'm looking to branch out and play with new people and make new friends in hopes I can be a part of a longer running series. while I see myself as a "newbie" i'm still fairly familar with how the 5E systems work, it's more of just learning how games might play out in longer sessions and how DMs might treat some encounters and situation.  I really would like to find a new campaign to be a part of so starting off by posting this here looking for a game to join. not 100% sure how the site works here or how DMs would find me, but if you do i'd be happy to look into any games i'd be invited to while I look around the site and maybe see if I can find a game on my own to join ^^

I’m a 22/M looking to join a D&D group that plays any time Monday–Thursday (evenings preferred) and occasionally Friday. Weekends are usually tough for me due to a family that believes dnd is the devil, but it IS possible. I’ve played in one one-shot before, but I’ll be honest, I didn’t get much of a chance to actually play due to being talked over a lot (and a d100 roll that gave everyone some random ass effect and im the only one who got anything remotely negative [if i spoke without rhyming i would get struck by lightning], but thats besides the point). So while I’m technically newer to live play, I’ve spent a ton of time learning the game and building characters. I am in another campaign that I've kinda started, but the dm has gone on vacation for the summer, and I have no real scope on when they'll return. I have done around 10 or so sessions with them and know how to use DND tools now, so... I absolutely love D&D. In my spare time I create characters constantly, I have at least one concept ready for nearly every class, and I’m more than happy to fill whatever role a party needs, as long as I get to play the game. I’m open to long-term campaigns, ongoing groups needing an extra player, or starting fresh.

Hello, My name is Aaron, I have played D&D 3.x and PF1e for many years. I prefer combat little over role play, but I have no problem role playing if need be. I like long lasting campaigns, level 1-20 and beyond. I prefer a weekly set game in voice and VTT. I do not like One-shoots or west march/living worlds. I prefer games like: 1. Sandboxes. 2. We are a beginner-friendly D&D Discord community with over 50 members, originally started as a small helping/tutorial server for new players who wanted to get into D&D without having to pay for anything. The server is still very welcoming to beginners, but experienced players are also invited, especially if you enjoy roleplay, storytelling, helping newer players learn the game, or even running your own sessions. At the moment, we have a core group of active members, with people playing or interacting almost daily. We currently run two main types of games: 1. Adventurers Guild / West Marches-inspired one-shots This is our open-table system. I created an Adventurers Guild that posts bounties, missions, and one-shot adventures. Players can join when they are available, without needing to commit to a long campaign from the start. These games mostly use D&D 5e 2024 rules, but 2014 content and homebrew may also be allowed, depending on the DM. 2. Classic homebrew campaigns Other members can also become DMs, post their own campaign ideas, gather 4–6 players, and run their own homebrew campaign in their own channel. This can be in our shared universe or in a completely separate custom setting. My personal DM style is more focused on roleplay, story, atmosphere, and fun character moments rather than strict rules or overly complicated combat. I am very open to helping new players learn and giving people a relaxed space to try D&D. Most of my sessions are usually in the evening, around 19:00–20:00 until 23:00–00:00 GMT+2, but we also have people from different time zones, so other games may happen at different hours depending on the DM and group. We are also open to people interested in becoming Dungeon Masters. Anyone who wants to host a session can get the DM role, post a message to gather players, or create a dedicated channel for their own campaign. I'm Mark! I'm a 50-something tabletop enthusiast. Been playing and GMing since my early teens. I love both traditional board and card games and RPGs. Hi there!  I'm a mature player looking for a game with people who love the comraderie of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is heavy RP balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against.  I'm in your world now. Play Style:  I'm serious about having fun.  I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups that are focused on the campaign at hand.  I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters fun for the other players as well as the GM. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story.  I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road.  I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules.  I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session.  I'm not adverse to long sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. Themes:  I'm less interested in horror, more interested in high fantasy settings. Experience:  I haven't played much for two or three years, so I'll need a bit of help getting back up to speed. I know nothing about 5e 2024 rule changes. I'm generally a quick study and willing to learn anything new.  I'd prefer a DnD 5e 2014 game, but would be willing to learn 2024 and I do have some experience with PF2e.  I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond.  I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. Prefered Times:  I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time.  North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely.  My schedule is fairly open, so I'm easy to accommodate.  My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. My Setup:  I have a nice quiet office and professional studio quality audio chain.  I don't have a web cam. Objective:  I'm looking forward to meeting new people, making new online friends and either joining a fresh campaign or fitting in to one already in progress.  If we're a good fit, I'll stick around for multiple campaigns.  I'm in this for the long haul. Stuff I'm not great at (should be at least a little transparent): I'm not a voice actor so my range is very limited, I've got ADHD and autism if that's a problem, I can take notes if I have to but they probably won't be all that great at least compared to others, I may ask a lot of questions if I don't understand something, and I do stutter sometimes when I can't think of anything.
