Howdy! A little about me - M37, started with 2e at the end of last century, soon switched to 3.5e and kept playing it for around 5 years. After that came a huge break, which I hope to end now. Open to playing 5th Edition 2024 (also as base, with homebrew additions). Relaxed, not into min-maxing, RP-focused. Looking for a group for sessions - weekly or bi-weekly, 2-3 hours would be optimal, roleplay-focused fits best. Hello viewer! I am Lost Soul, Lost for short and ironic for my sense of direction lol. I've been a forver dm for homebrew campaigns for around 4-5 years now and am yearning to be a player to play chaotic or mysterious characters. I can play any role necessary, but preferably keep me away from needing to be a support or tank. I'm familiar with using Discord for calls and servers. Owlbear rodeo and Dnd beyond for VTT, and I use Dnd beyond for character sheets usually. So my typical campaign rulings are 5e or 5.5e. I'm open to more platforms, but Discord is a must for communication. I'm available weekends, preferably Sundays, or Wednesday evenings. My timezone is AEST, which I believe is GMT +10, so normally I'm a day ahead. Australian btw. I'm 19, turning 20 in March. Dark, sexual, and goofy content is fine by me. I like homebrew settings a lot. I'm very creative and have a very visual imagination, both with eyes open and closed. I'm a little special, okay, little might be an understatement, I'm very special, I've got myself Autism and ADHD, so if you're looking for a weirdo i'm your guy. Lastly i think the only thing I really care about is that I'm looking for a place to stay consistent with, most times I'm quiet unless approached, I thoroughly enjoy companionship and would really like to be taken under someone's wing and explore the player realm with friends.

Hello. My name is Gabe (32m)(he/him). I like solving puzzles and mysteries, and am probably a little more interested in role-play than combat in that regard, unless combat can be turned into a puzzle to solve. What I enjoy most though is figuring out ways to McGyver solutions to problems from the tools and materials available to me. I'm autistic, and am generally better at writing than acting/improv. I tried a PbP game on Discord a while back, and it seemed to be working well for me, but the DM had to cancel. I've DMed a little for my sibling and their friend (taking some serious liberties with the game mechanics and mostly making stuff up as I went), and I have a passing acquaintance with 5e, BitD, and Fate (Unwritten), (mostly through YouTube), but have never actually been a player and would like to be; hoping to make some friends. I'd prefer a game that's mostly PG-rated, (just personal preference), and I don't mind playing fast and loose with the rules for comedic effect or for the "Rule of Cool." I'm available just about any time Mon-Thurs (PST), but my schedule may change. Again, PbP would give me greater flexibility in regards to time.

Hello, there! My name is Rampy (AG; any pronouns) and I'm looking to take part in a long-form campaign. Preferably on a weekly basis, but as long as we have consistent, sizable sessions, bi-weekly is fine. I have ample experience with the D&D 5e system (2014, not so much 2024) and enjoy all aspects of the game. I am new to roleplaying, but eager to grow in that area. I like to think I have a diverse playstyle, capable of filling gaps in parties in needed, but I tend to lean toward martial classes and the "jerk with a heart of gold" archetype. While I prefer D&D 5e (mostly due to familiarity), I am flexible in terms of what systems. I've also played Deathwatch, Mutants and Masterminds, Pathfinder 2e, Rogue Trader, Shadowrun. Additionally, I'm willing to try new systems or the numerous D&D 5e homebrews such as Final Fantasy XIV, Monster Hunter, Pokemon, Star Wars, etc. In the lengthy gaps between campaigns, I've spent an inordinate amount of time homebrewing and creating characters. I tend to like sprinkling a little (or sometimes a lot) of homebrew in my characters, as I feel it helps them feel more personal. This is not a requirement for me to enjoy the game, but such allowances (with DM approval, of course) are greatly appreciated. My only limitations in terms of player conduct and game content are the usual things: No bigotry, communicate when you have problems, keep in-game conflict in-game, and be tasteful when describing horrible or otherwise NSFW things. I am a dad (38) with a full time job so once I get a schedule locked in I'll be kinda stuck to it. Probably BiWeekly 7PM Central Time. Haven't played in over a decade and I want to be a player for a while before getting in to GMing. I enjoy learning how the rules and tools work together to create opportunities, surprises, disappointment and rewards but now I want more experience and less reading. I'd consider my interests right in the middle of roleplay and crunch. I think silly voices can be fun and applaud anyone going full character embodiment (respectfully) with goals for development. Rules are there for structure and challenge and should be the driving guide but I have no interest in strict RAW (or in a related vein 1:1 time inspired games).

Hi I'm Melga! (he/they) I'm 27, from Brazil, and I've been GMing Call of Cthulhu since 2020. As a Keeper I've done mostly smaller adventures and one shots but as a player I've done some big campaigns too. Roleplaying is my favorite aspect of TTRPGs and I love horror/thriller stories, so I knew this system was gonna be my favorite when I started. I tend to GM things with a "fuck around and find out" approach but always with the story and overall enjoyment in mind. Meaning: I'm very open to whatever ideas a player has, love improvised/creative solutions, I'm somewhat rules light, but don't expect me to don't give consequences if you tried to do something stupid and the dice are against you lol. So if you're a bit chaotic we're probably gonna click. As a player I usually like to interact with NPCs and players, so investigation through roleplaying. In DnD I enjoy combat too, but for sure prefer the worldbuilding and exploring things with a party.
