How now and well met! My name is Rando, and I have been playing TTRPGs for a very, very, very, long time. Finding myself now with an almost completely open schedule, I am compelled to fill up all this free time playing in campaigns. TTRPG campaigns. More and more campaigns... ALL the campaigns! Yes, yes -- I must play them... Ahem. Apologies... I am looking for a campaign (or five) to feed my insatiable hunger join a lively, well-rounded, and sane group of players who like to roleplay, share laughs, make memories, and tell stories collaboratively. New campaign, ongoing campaign, homebrew campaign, published campaign; newly created spot or subbing in for a departee -- new character, fill-in character, NPC, former player's character: no matter. I will join your table with glee and vigor. (note: vigor is extra) I enjoy all three pillars of TTRPGS (combat, roleplay, exploration) and appreciate when there is a healthy balance among them. I am partial to roleplaying, however, as I feel it is the one element you cannot find in other gaming formats. In the TTRPG Rock, Paper, Scissors game that takes place in the deep and cloistered recesses of my mind: ROC > RAI > RAW. I am open to learning and trying new systems. I am a very easy-going and jocular sort, prone to tomfoolery betimes, but know full well when to wear the frowny mask versus the smiley one. A former teacher, I am very newbie friendly (to both players and GMs), and am gooder than most with the word use-ing for to tell things and show other things and for the explaining. I've played D&D constantly for about 6 years, and I've my it the only thing I really do outside of school and work and such. I really enjoy D&D, not particularly because of the combat or roleplay, but more so because of the pure creativity and lore in campaigns. It sparks my mind in ways I can't usually which is one of the reasons for me enjoying it so much. I’m a 21 year old guy from sweden and as the title suggests i’m a new ish (i’ve played one session on foundry, watched alot of youtube and played alot of bg3) player looking to find a group to play with. I have a lot of character ideas and i’m mainly looking for a longterm, character and story-driven campaign. I’m available sundays and mondays. My preference is foundry since that’s the only experience i have but i’m down to use another vtt site.

Hi there! I'm looking for a game with people who love the comradery of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters fun for the other players as well as the GM. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. I'm not adverse to long sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. Experience: I haven't played for two or three years, so I'll need a bit of help getting back up to speed. I know nothing about 5e 2024 rule changes. I'm generally a quick study and willing to learn anything new. I'd prefer a DnD 5e 2014 game, but would be willing to learn 2024 and I do have some experience with PF2e. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice is to participate as a player. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. My schedule is fairly open, so I'm easy to accommodate. My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. My Setup: I have a nice quiet office and professional studio quality audio chain. I don't have a web cam. Fun Fact: The Artemis II launch wasn't the first time I've seen a crewed moon launch. That makes me old in human years, but if I was an elf, I'd still be a youngling. I have an elf brain. Pet Peeve: Listening to people talk about something that happened in some other game. Objective: I'm looking forward to meeting new people, making new online friends and either joining a fresh campaign or fitting in to one already in progress. Open to in-person or online gaming. I have kids, so working around family schedule is a consideration. Generally, I lean to more narrative gaming than combat oriented. A combat map + hours to resolve combat is a turn off to me. I've played a long 5e campain in the past (over a year with weekly online / Discord meetups), but i am not so interested in most 5e anymore. I've run some short Mothership 0e and Mork Borg campaigns as well as a number of one shots in other systems.

I've currently bought the core books for Vampire, Werewolf, and Hunter (all 5e) and am down for learning and playing those, or trying out the 20th anniversary games (though I'd need some way of accessing the rules for those). I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8am to 12pm PST (sometimes available late at night depending on my work schedule). I'd love to find a group to explore the world of gothic punk horror with! I like strong and engaging roleplay, with plenty of opportunities to explore my and others' characters, though I also enjoy a good combat. I can be a bit shy with new groups, but if the group is willing to welcome me in, I usually open up pretty fast. My roots are in book-based roleplay and written fiction, so character voice, motivation, and internal consistency matter a lot to me. I carry that same approach to the table. My TTRPG experience is honest but specific. I've played a handful of One Piece-themed D&D homebrew one-shots and two proper D&D sessions, so I'm genuinely newer to true tabletop compared to some. That said, I'm currently active in a living campaign built on a hybrid D&D 5e, Pathfinder 2e, and Naruto 5e ruleset, and I've picked things up fast. I'm not afraid to ask questions, and I do the reading. I also have special needs that can make processing dense information a bit slower. I have been playing D&D since 1980 and DMing since 1981. Moved from AD&D to 2E, 3E, 3.5 to currently playing Pathfinder 1E. I own too much stuff for it to consider other systems, besides all of the players I have played with were not happy with other systems. I prefer a mix of role playing and combat. Any setting is pretty much ok with me from Wilderness to city to the old dungeon delve. I am not a min/maxer and prefer a cooperative based game.

Playstyle I enjoy combat and the tactical side of the game, but it’s not my main focus. I’m especially interested in improving my roleplaying and really getting into character, creating meaningful interactions, and contributing to immersive storytelling. Experience Level I’m still fairly new to D&D and am currently playing in a campaign with a group of friends, so I understand the basics and core mechanics. While I don’t have a lot of experience yet, I’m eager to learn, improve, and gain more confidence as a player. Logistics I’m very flexible when it comes to scheduling and can usually adapt to different times and dates, with the only exception being Thursdays when I’m not available. A Little More About Me I’m really interested in joining a long-term campaign with a good balance of roleplay, exploration, and combat. I’m still learning, but I’m very eager, committed, and open to adapting to different playstyles and group dynamics. I’m excited to meet new people, make friends, and become part of a welcoming community. D&D has helped me rediscover a creative spark I hadn’t felt in a long time, and I’m genuinely motivated to keep improving and contributing to a fun, engaging experience for everyone involved. Greetings! I'm Micah. I prefer a good balance of combat and roleplay; so I'm not really into dungeon-crawls (all combat, no roleplay), but also not interested in political intrigue either (all roleplay, no combat). I'm available most of the week; just can't do Sundays, or evenings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (I'm in US Central Time). I would prefer weekly games, and I will not join paid games. I consider myself an intermediate player, but about half of my experience is actually playing. There's been a long stretch of time that I haven't played, but I've still been reading all sorts of D&D stuff and hyperfixating on different things. Because of this, I have a lot of ideas of classes I'd like to play, while I've only actually played a handful. My current idea is to try out an aberrant sorcerer, but paladin and warlock are the classes I seem to gravitate towards the most. I also just started watching Rigamaroll, and I'm fascinated by the Daggerheart system, so I'd love to play in a Daggerheart group.

I've been playing and GMing for a very long time and am familiar with a lot of different systems -- lots of D&D, and occasionally other things. At the moment I'm interested in playing as a player, and only the things that personally pique my interestest -- so not D&D, or anthing that's basically D&D but with the serial numbers filed off. I'm Jasha! I have been playing TTRPGs for the last decade or so. My first real experience was with Pathfinder 1e, but it has been many years since I have played it in earnest. Most of my recent experience has been with Pathfinder 2e, D&D 5e, and Blades in the Dark. I enjoy combat and RP in equal amounts. I have a weekly 2e game I play on Wednesday as a player in Season of Ghosts, a fortnightly Blades in the Dark game on Sunday evenings, and a semi-regular 5e game I'm trying to finish up to start a new campaign in the PF2e system. I enjoy fantasy as well as science fiction and science fantasy, and am just an enjoyer of TTRPGs. While not actively looking for a new group at the moment, I am interested in seeing what is available and maybe hopping into a campaign should my schedule allow.

What I enjoy are dungoen crawls, and exploration adventuers that are player driven. I prefer playing RAW rather than a bunsh of house rules but what I like to see most is the game moving forward, so I'll take a quick gm ruling over finding out the actual rules anytime.
