I am a semi retired 54 year old male & have about 10+ years of DnD experience, new & old. I am free to play most anytime around the 2 groups I am currently involved in. In person is preferable but I am very excited to do some more online sessions. I participated in a few during Covid but the game is shifting to online & im very intrigued with all the assets available in this format. Looking forward to having fun playing DnD with a group of like minded, good people.

I'm an experienced DM (over 9 years). I'm the head of a creative studio in an AAA-related gaming company. As such, I have a wide background and experience in painting, video editing, motion design, and general graphic design. I'm a fantasy lover, a medieval history buff, and a martial artist, so if it has capes, I'm in! I'm a married father of three with a dog (so four technically because she is very much like a daughter to me). I generally love dad jokes and word puns. I always mean my puns! In general, I always prefer sessions with video on for online campaigns as I believe being able to see each other's expressions helps with the immersion and also just makes everything a bit more "f2f" IRL feeling.

Hello. I have been playing D&D 5e for 2 years, looking for a weekly game whether in 5e or 5.5e. Preferably evenings in the weekends, as I am available after 6 PM EST. Definitely can commit to a consistent weekly game night provided that if 1) IRL does not throw a wrench my way or 2) game is canceled. I enjoy a game where it is combat focused, in no way I am against roleplaying, could mix it up between the two. I am okay with character death, and games whether its homebrew, or official or games converted from different modules. My favorite class to play is the fighter and my go to favorite is the cavalier, a classic knight on horse subclass that defends his party and lives by his own code.

Hello! I am looking for a group/dm for me and my friend. I have years of experience, and past 3 years I have been a DM. My friend has been one of my players for almost 2 years. We use discord for voice/server, and can use any VTT (as long as its free ofc). We have the most experience with Owlbear VTT, and recently got to using Roll20. Hi, I'm an experienced player (9 years) looking for a more RP-heavy online campaign. That being said, I love the full D&D experience, so I'm not looking for a strictly RP group. I don't have a specific character in mind at the moment, and would prefer to come up with one after having a better idea of what the setting is like, and what the party is missing. I'm an experienced player and GM with over 20 years experience with all manner of TTRPGs -- everything from D&D to Cyberpunk, Savage Worlds, Star Wars, and others. My favorite game is the Amber Diceless RPG. My favorite part of the game is the roleplaying, though I do love a good combat. I GM a lot more than I play. As a GM I’m firmly in the Simulationist camp, though I don’t take it to extremes. I want the settings of my games to feel real so that the player can be immersed in the world and in their characters. I also firmly believe in 100% player agency and will never presume to tell a player what their character should do, think, feel, or believe. My goal is to create scenarios that challenge both the character and their player so that they can feel a real sense of accomplishment when they succeed.

Hey guys, I'm Cbin. I go by a lot of names, so call me whatever you want, I really do not care. I've played D&D constantly for about 6 years, and I've made it the only thing I really do outside of school and work and such. I really enjoy D&D, not particularly because of the combat or roleplay, but more so because of the pure creativity and lore in campaigns. It sparks my mind in ways I can't usually which is one of the reasons for me enjoying it so much. I do still enjoy combat and roleplay a lot though, but I might struggle to get into my characters voice sometimes. In terms of what I like to play, I dabble in a little bit of everything. I've played all the way from homebrew campaigns, to roleplay campaigns, to oficial campaigns, all the way to oneshots. I've played every genre immaginable ranging from high-fantasy, low-fantasy, sci-fi, historical, modern, horror, and puzzle.

Player Experience I am still somewhat of a beginner at DnD, but I have played a few games, so I get most of the basics. Availability Almost any day of the week from 6 AM - 3 PM (GMT-5/CDT) Game Style Pretty flexible about playstyle and more than open to playing whatever the party needs, though the classes I have the most experience in are Barbarian and Druid. Open to most settings and campaigns whether they be more casual or 18+ though I would absolutely love to do a more gothic horror campaign like one around "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" especially if it includes the "Bloodborne Monster Manual" As someone directly added the enemies from bloodborne to DnD which is what "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" is based off of.

Hi, I've been a long term roleplayer since the 1980's (yep im old!). No played face to face for about 5-10 yrs. I knew early that I can't GM to save my life, however many times I tried. It was just no fun all round. I have played many various types of TTRPG's over my 40yrs of playing RPGs, from D&D to Cyberpunk 2020, GURPS & Judge Dredd. I enjoy light-hearted gaming, as making character based decisions & not being the magnificent unbeatablle hero is the most fun for me. I do play more serious games & campaigns. But tense horror is my least favourite. I AM NEW TO ONLINE TTRPG. This is where I feel the newbie patience may be required. I know the basics of MS Teams. I've played in a handful of games using the 2014 rules but I find 2024's changes in the lore, classes (mainly monk), and rules super interesting and I've been itching to try them out! As for the kind of game I'd be interested in playing in, I'd like to play in a heroic fantasy type game that is equal parts fun combat and character roleplay. I like joking around in my games but I'm also invested in the game's story and characters and I'm able to be serious during important moments. other small things: - I don't like ai being used in games - I would apprieciate a battle map during combat. It could just be a blank grid with tokens, I just struggle with theater of the mind. I'm available on any day except Thursdays.

Greetings adventurers! I'm Dan, I'm a ttrpg player and game master looking for more opportunities to enjoy stories with good folks! My main focus in any game (as either gm or player) is the collaborative storytelling experience. It's the single most important part of the experience to me. To that end, I find that the details of that experience changes depending on the system that is being used. If combat is a core part of that system (like in dnd) I expect there to be some combat. Right now I am most interested in heroic fantasy stories and gravitate towards games and systems in that genre (Daggerheart, DnD, PF2E, etc) but I am open minded and in general interested in branching out to new systems. As a father of 3 and a husband, my hard lines are no sexual violence and no violence to children. I am also not interested in my character being involved in romance with either pcs or npcs. I look forward to sharing many adventures and making new friends!

Hello, experienced PF2e player looking to get into a new game now that my regular late-week game has been cancelled. My first foray into TTRPGS was DnD 3.5 when I played a couple of times with some college friends after one of them saw me doodle maps and read my endless world-building notes. it wasn't until years later, when I was asked to join a Pathfinder 1e game, that I fell in love with TTRPGs. It's definitely my main hobby now. I've been steadily playing Pathfinder since 2016, both as a player and a GM. I moved to Pathfinder 2e in 2020 and have embraced that as my system of choice. I'm also open to playing Starfinder 2e since it uses the same core rules as PF2e. I'm already GMing a game so am not looking to run another, just want to be a player. I have experience using Fantasy Grounds, Roll20, and Foundry, though my preference would be to join a game that utilizes Foundry. I've utilitzed Discord for all the games that I've ran and have participated in. I'm available Thursdays through Saturdays, earliest I could start is 7pm CST, the latest I am able to stay in game is 12am CST. On Saturdays I'm much more flexible with my time. I would describe my play style as pretty versatile. I enjoy getting deep into role playing my characters, being strategic in combat, and deep diving into the rules and managing my resources. I like playing characters with a diverse skill set rather than focusing heavily into a single thing and will admit to being a min-maxer. I got into the hobby through actual play shows like Acquisitions Inc., Pretending to be People, and The Glass Cannon, and I tend to engage more with systems and play at the table than with fantasy fiction. My playstyle leans more tactical and build-focused, but I value social encounters when they have clear stakes or purpose. I enjoy having a back and forth discussion about how the game works, while ultimately deferring to the GM’s rulings. I’m particularly invested in Pathfinder and the Golarion setting. I like to think of how my characters are tied to their ancestry, class, culture, religion, etc. I’m also interested in running homebrew campaigns that use Golarion as a base while incorporating real-world historical influences. I definitely used AI to help write this and use AI for my character art.

I like combat and roleplay-focused games equally and generally enjoy tabletop roleplaying games. I'm looking to get into Vampire: The Masquerade and World of Darkness in general. Generally, in a roleplay-focused game, I'd prefer it if my character didn't die without a reason, and in a combat-focused game, I know it happens all the time, but I'll still be character-oriented. I have been playing D&D since 1980 and DMing since 1981. Moved from AD&D to 2E, 3E, 3.5 to currently playing Pathfinder 1E. I own too much stuff for it to consider other systems, besides all of the players I have played with were not happy with other systems. I prefer a mix of role playing and combat. Any setting is pretty much ok with me from Wilderness to city to the old dungeon delve. I am not a min/maxer and prefer a cooperative based game.

Playstyle I enjoy combat and the tactical side of the game, but it’s not my main focus. We’ve got a good idea of our playstyle and what we enjoy, hoping to find some people on the same page :) What we’re looking for: Day: Sunday Time zone: GMT/BST (open to other time zones as long as the schedule works — we can play any time Sunday, finishing by about 10pm) Players: Late twenties and older preferred, we just tend to click better with older groups. Therefore i thought, maybe it would be awesome to finally meet people who also have many epic tales to tell around the Campfire. I would be able to play every day of the week from 11 pm GMT to how long people want to play. (Of course i will play always when people want to, i know there is a real life we live in too xD) But all together i am pretty new to the whole "play in a party" game type. And either combat or story focused, i am all for it, as long as there can be a "background story quest" available to the chatacters. I like games that have a heavy focus on roleplay and character dynamics but I am also fond of crunch and strategy. Hello, I am a relatively new player looking to join or from a playgroup. I've played 4 group sessions since 2023 but was never able to finish one due to schedules conflicts. My significant other and I have gone through 2 short couples themed campaigns with more planned, with most of my experience is with 5/5.5e. Hiya, I'm a 27yo semi-experienced player with one 3-year homebrew campaign under my belt looking for a weekly/bi-weekly group that meets on Sundays or Saturdays, I am also able to change my schedule to accomodate for Tuesdays or Thursdays as well if needed. I have a pretty consistent schedule and should have no issue meeting on any of those times on a weekly basis. I tend to value combat and roleplay in equal measure, but am fine going a couple sessions with only one or the other if it serves the plot. I'm perfectly okay with reasonable character deaths and love high stakes campaigns. I'm not a stickler for rules but tend to value more RAW than homebrew if possible. Cheers!

No hateful stuff or weird vibes, just people who want to hang out and enjoy the game. I like a balance between roleplay and gameplay. I’ll get into character, but I’m not trying to go super hardcore with it. I lean more toward rule of cool than strict rules as long as things stay fair and fun.
