Hi, french adult player here. Experienced in PF2E Been DM for years and played one campaign to completion. Went through different groups that dissolved in the low levels and now looking for one where everyone is commited about playing. I like to play gishes and have been wanting to play a magus up to high level for a long time. I'm not interrested in doing the focus spellstrike cheese though, but I do hope the class get reworked...or that homebrew is fine I am a furry, lgbt friendly group and no ai, non negociable.

I am a semi retired 54 year old male & have about 10+ years of DnD experience, new & old. I am free to play most anytime around the 2 groups I am currently involved in. In person is preferable but I am very excited to do some more online sessions. I participated in a few during Covid but the game is shifting to online & im very intrigued with all the assets available in this format. Looking forward to having fun playing DnD with a group of like minded, good people.

INTRODUCTION Hello. My name is Toaster Strudel (18 | M). I'm an artist, writer, roleplayer, and actor. I'm a very creative person and like to get involved with many different media that I find interesting. I have a deep love for complex characters and rich worlds, and I am often the most involved in campaigns. When it comes to playing D&D, or really any type of TTRPG; I am most in my element when roleplaying. I tend to not like combat if it lacks any flare or story importance. I have been roleplaying for 7+ years and I'm very good at staying in character. Seperating player from character is important for me as I don't wish to give the wrong impression to someone by acting unlike myself, so I always keep open communication. I'm as open as a person can be. Communication is KEY to the structure of any group and I respect that rule above all else. My humor can be brash and may leave someone uncomfortable. In such a case, I prioritize keeping an open mind, so if someone has an issue, I am notified and understanding of their wishes. Along with that, I also prioritize communication with the DM. Player to DM communication allows me to properly convey what I want for my character and vice versa with what the DM wants. Lastly, it's important to know that all my characters come pre-made. I have a variety listed below ranging from complex characters with detailed backstories to ideas with little background. On the grander scale, I offer a large pool of information that can be used as extra content when the campaign is slowing down. These tie directly to my character and their progression. As the DM, you are free to work with me on the information that I offer. Not everything I write will fit exactly with your campaign, and there may be things that you wish to change. Talk to me. Silas Mirelight - Cyberpunk RED "Silas Mirelight is a man hardened by a life marked by loss and struggle. The pain he's endured has carved him into a man of cold resolve and quiet bitterness, shielding what little dignity he has left behind a wall of isolation. He is fiercely principled, refusing to make promises he can't keep. Trust doesn't come easily to Silas. He keeps people at a distance, not fully from apathy, but also out of fear — fear of seeing others hurt because of him. Despite this, a burning sense of justice drives him. It’s a harsh, often hypocritical kind of justice — one rooted in vengeance. To Silas, those who take lives deserve to suffer, for a life taken is forfeiting your own. It’s a worldview riddled with flaws, but he believes it’s a necessary evil to protect the innocent. It’s all shaped by a single tragedy; Jodie." Silas has his own mind palace where he visualises his evidence. He's cold and calculated and leaves little room for error. However, his mind is fragile, and struggles to keep going unless given a purpose. That purpose is hunting down Jodie's killer. He has a background in the NCPD where he learned to be covert and track people down. He has a few acquaintances, such as Zoey, a stylist who doesn't know much about Silas' life but cares deeply for him; and Sidnor, a cop who worked as a newbie under Silas during his time on the force, keeping his identity a secret, even though he doesn't want too. I'm an experienced DM (over 9 years). I'm the head of a creative studio in an AAA-related gaming company. As such, I have a wide background and experience in painting, video editing, motion design, and general graphic design. I'm a fantasy lover, a medieval history buff, and a martial artist, so if it has capes, I'm in! I'm a married father of three with a dog (so four technically because she is very much like a daughter to me). I generally love dad jokes and word puns. I always mean my puns! In general, I always prefer sessions with video on for online campaigns as I believe being able to see each other's expressions helps with the immersion and also just makes everything a bit more "f2f" IRL feeling.

Hiya, I go by Fenris or Fen and am a TTRPG veteran of roundabout 26 years, having started in my early teens and been the forever GM for a number of years, before moving on to become a player. I recently finished a PF2E campaign with an international group and am looking forward to move on to new horizons more set in a bright and exciting future. I am flexible regarding the day, being available for evening session from 18:00 to 18:30 my time onwards during Mondays to Fridays and basically fully flexible when it comes to the weekends. Playstyle I am a person who both enjoys engaging roleplaying, interactions between the characters and with the world at large. To me a good game has a healthy mix of both and ideally also mixes them. So I want to roll the dice when appropriate, but I'm a bit tired of hearing 'I roll to attack' and a simple 'you hit'. Why not make it 'I bring my sword to bear against the owlbear, parry it's right claw swiping for me while side-stepping and try to cut it across it's leg in retaliation'? This gives the GM much more to play without without having to wrack their brain how to make it an exciting moment for everyone. Same goes for RP: You can try to hide the need to roll something to see, whether you succeed or not, by describing it creatively. I could say 'I want to roll Diplomacy to convince the lizardman warrior, that we come in peace' or I could say 'Putting on an open, peaceful body language, showing he is not armed, <character name> speaks clearly and softly in a diplomatic tone "We mean no harm. Just want to talk."' To me RP and rules are not two separate sides of a medallion - they can work beautifully hand in hand to weave a story within a fair ruleset, that gives everyone equal chances. Hence I also play the character idea and role within the party. I don't min-max, I work to represent the character idea both in RP and in the build. What's the character idea of a stoic and stalwart defender worth, if it isn't backed up by a build optimized towards taking the brunt of the enemies attacks? How can I play a hot-shot pilot, if his confident and assured stance isn't backed up by great skill with piloting and tendancy towards pulling stunts and a few aces up his sleeves? Experience I've started out with one of the more complex games to play 26 years ago: Shadowrun. Very crunchy, figuring out rolls was an effort and more often than not forgoing too complex rules for the rule of cool. From there I moved on to a myriad of systems - both mainstream and not. To name a few: Legend of the Five Rings, King Arthur Pendragon, D&D 5E (2014), Stafinder 1E, Stars Without Number, Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40K FFG (Dark Heresy, Rogue Trader and Only War), Star Wars Edge of the Empire, The Dark Eye (DSA), A Song of Ice and Fire RPG, Pathfinder 2E and a quick dip into Fallout 2d20, as well as maybe some I can't even remember from the get-go right now. I've been on both sides of the table in those years, being both a GM and a player on- and offline. But I moved on from GMing for the most part, as I just don't have the capacity for additional responsibility in my life right now, besides showing up in time and having a good time with some fellow enjoyers of cooperative rules-based storytelling ;) Bio Let's start with the basic facts: 39 years old male (he/him) from Germany. Hello! I am looking for a group/dm for me and my friend. I have years of experience, and past 3 years I have been a DM. My friend has been one of my players for almost 2 years. We use discord for voice/server, and can use any VTT (as long as its free ofc). We have the most experience with Owlbear VTT, and recently got to using Roll20. Hi, I'm an experienced player (9 years) looking for a more RP-heavy online campaign. That being said, I love the full D&D experience, so I'm not looking for a strictly RP group. I don't have a specific character in mind at the moment, and would prefer to come up with one after having a better idea of what the setting is like, and what the party is missing. Availability: (Eastern Standard Time) I'm free Tuesdays after 5pm, and other days after 11am. I'm busy on Mondays and Thursdays. Sundays are free after 6pm. Other Info: I'm a Canadian in my 30s. I have some experience with DMing (and voicework), but its pretty limited. I love to draw, create playlists, and make moodboards for my character and party members. Hi, I’m Jamie, an Australian‑based player finally jumping from watching YouTube into actually rolling some dice myself. I love story‑driven, character‑focused games with a good splash of combat rather than pure dungeon crawls. My favourite crew to watch is the Oxventurers Guild, so I’m looking for similar rule‑of‑cool vibes – fast and loose when it makes the story more epic or hilarious, with room for gallows humour and messy characters. Experience‑wise, I’m new to playing but not to worlds, story, or character building. I’ve watched a lot of D&D actual play and played the video game versions of several systems, so I understand the basics and I’m a quick learner. I’m neurodivergent, so I really appreciate patient tables who don’t mind the occasional rules reminder or technical question. Right now I’m playing with a few different character ideas and arcs, especially for Call of Cthulhu, so if you’re a GM who loves developing things with players and doesn’t mind getting a little weird with it, we’ll definitely get along well. I enjoy morally grey characters and rich story, and I don’t mind losing my character if it makes for a great moment in the narrative. I’m in ACST and looking for online games. Evenings and weekends are generally best; I can commit to a regular weekly or fortnightly session if the vibe is right, and I do my best to show up consistently and communicate if life gets in the way. Hi there! I'm looking for a game with people who love the comraderie of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters fun for the other players as well as the GM. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. I'm not adverse to long sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. Experience: I haven't played for two or three years, so I'll need a bit of help getting back up to speed. I know nothing about 5e 2024 rule changes. I'm generally a quick study and willing to learn anything new. I'd prefer a DnD 5e 2014 game, but would be willing to learn 2024 and I do have some experience with PF2e. I'd also be interested in playing Starfinder 2e as a completely new player. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. I'm an enthusiastic newbie ready to roll some dice on some crazy shenanigans! I am looking to join an enriching experience that will help me learn the ins and outs of D&D and TTRPGs in general, as well as community and good laughs. Hi there! I'm Frau Elster, 33, located in Hanover, Germany. I have been playing TTRPGs for roughly a year now. It became quite an hyperfixation and thanks to a local open club I've gotten the chance to test some systems and get an idea of what I enjoy in this game. Ideally, of course, the group vibes and gets along. That's a wish of mine but of course can't be forced. I tend to enjoy smaller groups up to 4, sometimes 5, on a bi-weekly schedule in the evening. I love creating complex characters with a few defining moments already having happened to them to help flesh them out. It didn't happen yet but I'd love to experience what it's like to have a ongoing campaign that weaves in the characters' backgrounds. Usually I have a concept in mind before I create a character and then read through _a lot_ of materials and sources to find the build and world-related backgrounds that fit. For example: I am in the midst of creating a tabaxi stardruid whose base idea was that she looks like a black jaguar and has the constellations map right there in the spots of her fur. Or I knew I wanted a gnome raised by ice giants who draws her magic from the aurora and can hit really hard and now I have several tabs open haha I enjoy good atmospheric horror and am actually thinking about hosting The Magnus Archive TTRPG. But that's a project for the future. Coming from a theatre background I love roleplay and the chaotic rule of cool being applied more than dungeon crawling, rule crunching and min/max-ing. Social encounters and exploration are big to me. Do you know that one friend who needs to check every question mark in a video game? Yeah that's me (and is also a reason why I love Breath of the Wild. Exploring was very much rewarded in this game.) As a GM I love putting in puzzles but that is always a hit or miss with me as a player. In general I would say I am a bit of a chaotic player who enjoys discussing and brainstorming with the others.

It was just no fun all round. I have played many various types of TTRPG's over my 40yrs of playing RPGs, from D&D to Cyberpunk 2020, GURPS & Judge Dredd. I enjoy light-hearted gaming, as making character based decisions & not being the magnificent unbeatablle hero is the most fun for me. I do play more serious games & campaigns. Hi! I am a very experienced player/GM that's been in the TTRPG scene for 12 years now, going through a number of systems and always learning more. I have a heavy focus on the role playing part of the game that still enjoys combat, especially trying to make silly or gimmicky combat styles work. I prefer a more serious tone of game with jokes made by the players rather than everything being a joke from the outset, but I do love having a few good laughs a session (without going too off track). Hey there! I'm still fairly new to TTRPGs - I have been playing DnD 5e for about 2 years now and would love to join a (bi-) weekly group - preferably on the weekends. I do enjoy battles and exploration - but I really enjoy the roleplaying aspect, even though I still feel like an awkward introvert sometimes and need a sec for my brain to catch up and think of an answer or reaction. But discovering what makes a character tick, seeing what bonds form between party members, how they react to the world and shape it in turn - for the better or worse - that's the good stuff! I like a broad spectrum of fantasy genres - be it ghibli-esque charme, sword and sorcery, gothic horror or dark fantasy, or whatever else may strike my fancy. But I am rather fond of morally complex worlds where not everything might turn out 'good' - where not every victory feels heroic, where things are seldom pure 'good' or 'bad' and where the choices the characters make, or don't make, have consequences further down the line. Also: English isn't my first language, but (I think) I am fairly proficient in it, even though the talking bit might be a tad rusty from lack of use - but what better way to brush up on this skill than playing make-believe and having fun bashing bosses and planning plots?

I try to do voices and even posture/gestures, where possible. I have always played in person, and as (what feels like being) a forever DM I would really love to dip my toes back into playing as an actual PC for once, instead of every NPC and animal my players come across. There are only so many times you can voice a cat called Thunderbeast 9000 or a horse named Neighlor Swift before you feel your soul depart your body.

I've currently bought the core books for Vampire, Werewolf, and Hunter (all 5e) and am down for learning and playing those, or trying out the 20th anniversary games (though I'd need some way of accessing the rules for those). I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8am to 12pm PST (sometimes available late at night depending on my work schedule). I'd love to find a group to explore the world of gothic punk horror with! My main focus in any game (as either gm or player) is the collaborative storytelling experience. It's the single most important part of the experience to me. To that end, I find that the details of that experience changes depending on the system that is being used. If combat is a core part of that system (like in dnd) I expect there to be some combat. Right now I am most interested in heroic fantasy stories and gravitate towards games and systems in that genre (Daggerheart, DnD, PF2E, etc) but I am open minded and in general interested in branching out to new systems. As a father of 3 and a husband, my hard lines are no sexual violence and no violence to children. I am also not interested in my character being involved in romance with either pcs or npcs. I look forward to sharing many adventures and making new friends!

Hello everyone! my name is Blair, and I am a player looking for more games to play! my schedule just recently opened up, and i need to roll dice and tell some stories! a bit about me: a bulk of my TTRPG experience comes from playing 2014, but i do have experience playing other systems as well, such as Candela Obscura, Daggerheart, Pathfinder, and I've even played a homebrew version of DND. when it comes to me as a player, i do tend to play spellcasters, it just intrigues me a lot more than the martial classes, and when I do play martial classes, i always give them limited magic. I'm also a pretty respectful tablemate, i try to give my fellow players a chance to get involved. along with that, I do engage in romance, both PC and NPC, just depends on whether or not the table is down with that! oh, speaking of romance, i am Queer and trans! with the world that we exist in, I find that it is better for my table to know that upfront than learn that not only am I not cis but also, I like both boys and girls, it's just a fact of life. with that you must be a Queer and trans friendly table as well as a disabled friendly table since I am disabled as well! now to move onto a gm I would prefer: typically, how I'd parse out a potential good GM for me to play under, is I'd do a one-shot with them and see if we're a good fit, and if we can have good conversation, but considering the nature of a post like this, I am willing to forego that! that being said, you still need to have the following: be America-based and even more specifically be CST-based- since I am based in North America, I just can't do uber late games. it's not good for my mental health, and it causes me to be a terrible person for responding to DMs. RP skills - this doesn't mean that you shouldn't at least try to incorporate combat in your sessions but i need those RP skills sharpened to the max! homebrew vs. Module - I am willing to play a module but i would prefer a homebrew world. it shows that you are more than willing to be flexible with your players' stories and want to share that creativity with the world at large. recording vs basic home game - I am very okay and do consent to a recorded game, considering i have been in a few actual plays! that, however, does not mean that i will turn my nose up at a basic home game, in fact that is one of my favorites!
