Heyo, I'm Bo, 30 and queer. Been playing DND since 2019 ish, haven't had the chance to explore other systems and DND somehow always seems the easiest to find a game for. I only recently decided to try voice games as I've been playing through live text usually. Critical Role is what got me into dnd and rpg stuff but I've been loving Bards of New York lately, and when I say lately it's been over a year of constantly watching their stuff. Other than that I love Witcher, Dragon Age, Skyrim obviously, fantasy is my main genre I think, though I like watching sci fi movies and shows. Bioshock Infinite is another game I love, and I love horror media, just not a fan of slashers and very gore focused things, which is why Mike Flanagan's stuff is my favorite but also I say that and yet zombie media is also something I enjoy so lmao. I usually prefer RP over combat but I figured combat can be very useful to test your creativity and problem solving as well, just not looking to solely be focused on that. I'm in the gmt+2 timezone, usually prefer evening games in my time and currently Saturday evenings are occupied by me DM-ing. I would also like to add that I have a pretty old laptop and I'm pretty sure most if not all VTTs just don't work on it, if that's a must for games. Also also, not looking for play by post games, honestly I'd just stay glued to my phone and that's just not something I need in my life heh.

My (online) name is Spott, and I go by they/them or he/him.  I'm an adult, but a decently young one, and would prefer to play in a group of a similar age range (18-25). ‼️Important‼️  I have no interest in games that involve the use of generative AI in anyway! Do not message me if you use AI for your game!!!  Or if you intend to allow players to. I have a decent amount of experience with ttrpgs in general, mainly D&D, but none with the two I'm looking for; Vampire The Masquerade and Lancer (which I recognize have very different vibes XD). For Vtm, I have some rulebooks for V5 and would say I'm decently familiar with it. I've played around with creating a few characters, and have read the books quite throughly, so I don't think I'd need too much help. I just may ask a few questions here and there. For Lancer, well, I have the rulebook. I've started to read it, but I haven't gotten that far. Joining a game would definitely encourage me to read more though, and I'd probably be able to finish it before the first session (I'm a pretty fast reader). Rulebook aside, I do have a little bit of knowledge about the rules, since I've been watching people stream it, but I'll certainly need a decent amount of help- even after I finish reading the book. My schedule is currently free but it will be changing shortly, however I should be free basically every day in the evenings (after 6pm EST). The only day I'm for sure not available is Sunday, since I have a campaign that day. I prefer to play on Discord, no camera as I currently don't have a working webcam.

Heyo, new to WoD at large.  Staunchly loyal to game times/other meetings.  Chomping at the bit for Kindred of The East especially. My first ever WoD game had fizzled out because other players were not confident in the DM's skills and my issue is I really wanted to play the character I made, but the issue lies in the fact this one is a niche within a niche. I enjoy heavy roleplay and charachter interactions, but a bit of combat here and there to spice things up.  I'm just here for the drama of it all, and down for whatever shenanigans take place.

Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, both as GM and as player, and I'm getting back on the saddle. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, often choosing to play the right track at the right second for the right scene. That said, I enjoy the acting and teamwork part of playing, so I'd like to do that as well from time to time. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. As this is my player profile, I'd like to focus on roleplay heavy horror games. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have a lot of experience in the previous edition of Call of Cthulhu set in the Roaring Twenties, so I'm sure I can adapt to the new edition easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'd like the chance to try them out to round up the horror genre. When it comes to my playing style, I'm roleplay focused and lean into characters keen on knowledge and lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors, librarians looking for eldritch tomes, and tomb raiding archaeologists. When I GM, I lean towards Rule of Cool, and I favor players who invest creativity in their characters. Hello! I'm Dami, a 35 y/o Argentinian who loves storytelling and doodling. I've been playing TTRPGs for over a decade now but mostly as a DM and now I'm really looking forward to be a player. A year or so ago my group of friends kinda disbanded 'cause we are all adults with lifes and finding a time where all of us are available is been tricky. If I had to describe myself as a player I would say that I like the 60% roleplaying and 40% combat distribution. I love to get to know the different characters and NPCs and dig into the lore of the world and I also enjoy puzzles.  Whenever I'm playing I lean more towards support / enabler characters or healers, but I always try to come to a middle point between what I envission and what the party needs. Hi! All told, I only have about a year of experience playing and GMing, and it's been a looong time, so I'm sure I'm quite rusty. My time zone is CST and my schedule is open. I have no strong preferences when it comes to frequency of sessions, system, or setting. Back when my friends and I actively played, I mostly GMed, using DnD 3.0/3.5, with a little Spycraft on the side. Even though that was years ago, I've never stopped thinking about RPGs, listening to actual play podcasts like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions, Inc., reading random supplements and forum posts, and playing video games based on tabletop systems/adventures. I love backstory, lore, and worldbuilding and enjoy combat and dungeoncrawling, too. I remember my very first RPG session, when I was a kid, immediately opened my eyes to the creativity and improvisation that the format allows. All I'd done in our first battle was ready my weapon and lightly wound an unlucky bandit... while the far more experienced players of the group spent their first few turns positioning themselves technically, slinging buffs and debuffs, and throwing a tarp over the intimidating-as-hell bandit leader and then setting it ablaze with a torch. I was astounded; I knew I had to have more. The Discworld and Hitchhiker's Guide series of books are dear to me, though I'm down for nearly any fantastical story and setting (much like Pratchett and Adams themselves). Potentially relevant-to-tabletop video game series I've enjoyed are The Witcher, Knights of the Old Republic, Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Legend of Grimrock, and many more. I like to let other players choose their specializations first, so I can try to fill any gaps we have, then build the character's background and motivation from there. That way, everyone who really wants to play a specific role is happy and the group as a whole is well-rounded. Plus, it's just fun to mix things up from game to game, so I've never really had a favorite class, though I do enjoy playing support (gotta have a healer/medic!). If you have the patience to help me shake off the rust and adapt to your setting and system, I'll do as much or as little reading, roleplaying, and rolling as you need. Ugh, this is really starting to sound like a sales pitch, ha ha... sorry. I'll finish by simply saying that I'm excited to meet you and see what adventures you've got brewing!

I've played about 3 5e DnD campaigns, one long and 2 shorter ones, so I'm not exactly a beginner, but I'm still pretty fresh! Hello everyone! My name is Michael, I am a 25 year old guy who is a huge fan of the World of Darkness, and I am looking for a group or Chronicle that is FREE to join! I emphasize "free" because I am already in a paid DND campaign and can't afford another paid game at the moment, so I hope you understand! Games I'm Applying For: Vampire: The Masquerade V5, Dark Ages: Vampire, and Demon: The Fallen. (Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniv. would also be nice!) I have V5 on Demiplane. The rest I have the PDFs I purchased through DriveThruRPG. I am most familiar with Demon: The Fallen, but any of the WoD games I've listed here I'd happily play in! Experience with WoD: I have no experience with the tabletop games beyond watching online groups playing them, though I do have a few of the V5 books online via Demiplane (Corebook, Player's Guide, Chicago by Night), and the PDFs of others (Dark Ages: Vampire, Victorian Age: Vampire, Werewolf: The Apocalypse 20th Anniv, and Demon: The Fallen). The online chronicles I've seen are NY by Night, while I am still watching LA by Night and Ancestral Blood, so I do have fore-knowledge on how VtM games may flow, even if I don't have all the rules memorized! I have also been watching some online Chronicles of other games, such as McStabber Studios’ Demon the Road to Hell. Beyond the tabletop I have played various video games (Redemption, Bloodlines, Bloodlines 2, Swansong, Blood Hunt, WtA: Earthblood), I have played through visual novels ( VTM NY visual novel trilogy), I have recently started some interactive novels (Parliament of Knives, The Book of Hungry Names), and have started some of the novels (Clan Novel Toreador, Dark Ages Clan Novel Nosferatu, Grail Covenant, Ashes and Angel Wings)! Experience with Tabletops: I have been a fan of tabletops, mainly DND, for a few years now via online groups and podcasts, most notably Critical Role. I am also a small-time fan of groups like McStabber Studios, MagiRPG, Legends of Avantris, and Dice Times. I know how TTRPGs flow and especially how to roleplay, as that is and always has been my favorite aspect of these games! I started my first ever DND campaign a few months ago, and have been enjoying it very much and have been learning about all the mechanics! As for WoD, I understand all the general rules of play having read through the books I have purchased on Demiplane or DriveThruRPG and I feel I have a decent grasp of them. All I am lacking is the actual experience, which I am hoping to soon rectify! What I Have to Offer As A Player: I am the kind of player who takes the game very seriously, in that I am a great note taker, I go deep into roleplaying, I like crafting original and layered backstories for my characters, and I like to see my character develop and evolve as a person (or as a Monster!) throughout the campaign, whether that is mentally, physically, and/or when it comes to their abilities. I am also a very open-minded and friendly person, not to sound immodest. I am very LGBTQ+ Friendly, being a member of that community myself, and so I am the least judgmental person I know! Again, not to sound immodest! I am also very punctual. IF I am able to meet at the appointed time, then I will always be on time or early no matter what! The Kind of Monster I'd Play: My favorite Cainite clans, in no particular order, are as follows: Lasombra, Nosferatu, Cappadocian/Hecata, Tremere, Brujah, Ravnos. These are the clans that I would be most interested in playing. I like how unique they all are and the fact that they each, despite having some similarities, would play completely differently. I like playing characters that are morally grey but that strive to be better in a world of darkness and inherent violence. As for the Fallen I'd play? The Factions I enjoy the most are the Faustian and the Reconciler. The House I enjoy the most are the Slayers, the Angels of Death. The host body would likely be someone on the fringes of society, someone who knew suffering and so attracted one who has similarly despaired. The Fallen would likely be a melancholic one wallowing in darkness and righteous anger, but still wanting to do better and having an insatiable drive to fight against the injustices that have become increasingly common across Creation. What I Am Looking For: I am primarily looking for a World of Darkness Chronicle and group to join! I am hoping for a game with depth and lots of lore, with a Storyteller that is as serious about their Chronicle as I would be for my character! This can be in-person in NYC, or online! The ONLY caveat regarding online play is that I would have to use either Demiplane or Roll20 since that is where I purchased the books that I have listed above! Of course, we can simply use online for chatting and use actual character sheets, etc. Availability: I am not available Thursday and Saturday nights EST as I have other games at those times. I'm Buff Mimic, I also enjoy Mimi, I'm 23 years old, MtF trans, and an enjoyer of a variety of TTRPG's though I'm currently on the look out for Vampire the Masquerade 5th Edition and or Daggerheart. I've done so much D&D and d20 esque systems that I've been yearning to play with some other dice systems.  About Me I've played TTRPG's as a whole for about 11 years now, nearing 12, and I got into it with D&D 5e. Pathfinder 1e definitely has most of my experience past that, especially the Final Fantasy supplement of it, but I've also experienced Fabula Ultima, Legends in the Mist, Scion, ROOT, and of course VTM. Though VTM 5e is still new to me and I'm really looking to explore it further. I really love playing characters who have stronger personalities. Confident, smug, a bit teasing all around. I try to make them a bit more of the sweet sort, but I do enjoy leaning into a bit more of a brutish side when time allows. One can blame my love of Barbarian for it I am sure. That said being a brute doesn't mean I don't enjoy someone charismatic, and I often like to get deep into roleplay or character creation to give that personality something unique and fun about them. Outside of TTRPG's I have some favorite games in Final Fantasy 14, Monster Hunter World, Nuclear Throne, Celeste, and Rabbit & Steel. I like the games that can make my adrenaline spike... or allow me some fun to customize and be a lil bit of a fashionista with my character as I do enjoy making them look pretty. When it comes to games themselves I'm not really afraid of any real topics. I don't chomp at the bit for horrible things to happen, but if something makes sense to happen narratively I'd rather it happen so I can properly react to the horror that is put in front of me and give some real honest reactions so I can really emulate how my character would feel. I'll play pretty much anything however. I just have a preferance for wanting to learn some new things.

Hi, I'm Ray! I'm a 29 year old gay trans guy who loves tabletops. I've been in the scene for a little under 10 years (will be 10 this fall) and most of my experience is in DMing in the Numenera setting of the Cypher System, so I am looking to expand my horizons as a player in your group! Broad strokes: I aim to be cool to talk to and interact with, I pride myself on taking high-qulity notes, and I relish the character creation process. I like to think deeply about character decisions, and am most comfortable in a group with a maximum of 3 or 4 players. The Meat of Things Experience: I've been in the ttrpg scene for 10-ish years, but I do not have a ton of experience as a player. To that end, I'm mainly looking to join a game in a system I've never played so I can get the full newbie experience. You won't need to worry about my table ettiquette or basic rules knowledge, just whether I actually read an ability correctly the first few times I use it. Playstyle: I am a roleplayer at heart, and I take character decisions very seriously. I may need a few minutes to mull over what my character may do in any given situation, and I may need information to be restated there is a lot of exposition, but I do understand the need for brevity with others at the table. I love a well thought out combat sequence and I am not opposed to entire sessions being devoted to combat. My main ask is that the campaign cater to my character's arc in some way, I'm not the kind of guy who can make a throw-away character for a campaign that is more focused on a pre-determined path (never personally been a huge fan of modules, for example). Reservations / Preferences: Being almost 30, I prefer games with people around my own age. My comfortable range is anywhere from 25 - 40, with room to wiggle on either side. I won't play at a table that allows hateful language (racism, misogyny, transmisogyny, and transphobia to name a few of the big ones, but this list is not exhaustive), nor will I play at a table that considers itself "neutral ground" regarding human rights conversations. I prefer deeply nuanced and informed conversation around societal issues and suffering, both in-game and in real life. Logistics: I live in SE Michigan, EST, and prefer local games, but I am no stranger to online adventures. If you're in the Detroit Metro area, that works best for me! Hello all, I am an experienced GM that have been running and playing many types of ttrpgs since the early 80's.  I have been running games online for sometime now and am comfortable using several VTTs as well as Discord.  I prefer to GM over being a player and have ran a variety of ttrpg systems on- and off- line. When it comes to gaiming, I can be relied on to make the schedule regularly, barring health and some holidays. While I love all sorts of gaming styles, my preferred gaming includes a mix of strong roleplaying and combat.  I really enjoy getting into character and experiencing others do the same. I live in the Pacific Time Zone and usually am avaliable during the week for gaming at 4pm or later, Sundays is special as I have a more open schedule from 8 am to midnight. 33M, EST time zone I enjoy engaging with themes of "no good guys", moderate to extreme horror and flawed but earnest characters. I love roleplaying and usually build sheets to reflect a character concept or personality instead of optimized stats. I'm not interested in NSFW roleplay but I will engage with NSFW themes if they fit the game setting. I'm happy to tailor my character concepts and degree of gory detail to whatever the rest of the table is comfortable with. Most of my roleplay experience has been text based or play by post, but I've also played and helped run several campaigns both online and in person that lasted anywhere from months to 2+ years. I have a learning disability that makes math and learning new rulesets difficult (dyscalculia) but I do my best to compensate for it through cheat sheets and reference cards I make for myself. It's a me problem but a little patience while I learn is greatly appreciated. World of Darkness is the setting I have the most experience with, particularly Mage20, Vampire20, and the By Night Studios LARP system. I have a general understanding of WH40K and have read some of the ttrpg sourcebooks but my play experience is limited to some of the video games and a few novels (Rogue Trader, Darktide, Mechanicus, the Night Lords trilogy, Infinite and the Divine). I am tentatively open to systems not specifically tagged but would prefer to avoid DnD (any edition), Daggerheart, Fate, and Apocalypse World/PbtA. Other non-ttrpg favorites include Destiny/Destiny 2, Mistborn, splatterpunk fiction, the Cthulhu mythos, and Murderbot Diaries. I am generally available between 5 to 10pm American EST on Mondays and Wednesday-Friday but there is some variability on Fridays, as I run my own game on that day once or twice a month.

iv done tabletop with friends before and always was the GM. i even tried to run my own textbased game but could never keep those alive, people eventually just stopped responding even after multiple reminders its their turn in combat. so im looking to be a player this time instead. im fine with both roll20 and discord text play or a öove gameplay deal over roll 20 or similar sites. the three characters i can for DND offer are: -a kobold demolitionist (comic relief obsessed with explosives. this guy would use a more explosives focused subclass for artificer i found on reddit if thats ok with your game) -a tribal tabaxi guy with spear who moves fast and haresses enemies in melee (this character is very cruel and would be only suited to serious games) -a harengon geomancer (this guy would only use earth and stone themed spells and im partial to reflavoring existing spells as earth ones) for other settings i usually have one character per setting. NOTE: im not interested in character creation involving rolled stats i dont like rng deciding my stats i prefer pointbuy.

I'm east coast based and work regular work hours, but down to fit my schedule with whatever works best with a group and don't mind varying timezones! My specialties include: dming and playing in homebrew campaigns, roleplay roleplay roleplay, writing lore heavy worlds, and creating fully fleshed out characters with the most tortured backstories.  I am looking for a weekly group (available M, W, Th, F, Sat, Sun anytime after 6PM (PST)). I am punctual and believe in healthy communication. Your time is precious and so is mine!  I enjoy story/character-driven games with a hint of social intrigue. I have no problems with combat but would prefer a game with a stronger focus on narrative and character arcs. I am an agressive lover of fantasy and enjoy TTRPGs so much because of the escapism/immersion. Who wouldn't want to live a million lives!?

Hey, Hey, I'm Gabe! I've been Playing TTRPGS in general and D&D in specific for about 3-4 years now. I enjoy odd things, urban fantasy, high fantasy, (I guess all fantasy TBH). My favorite game series of all time is Darkest Dungeon 1&2. I generally prefer half-casters (or equivilant mixtures of normal skill and magic) and Some of the rarer races for D&D. I have nothing against normal, and can happily play it, but if weirder manages to properly fit I will probably choose it.
