TTRPG Table Fit Profile I am looking for a cooperative, consent-based, story-focused TTRPG table with about 50% roleplay, 30% combat, and 20% exploration. I enjoy character-driven storytelling, party relationships, meaningful combat, exploration, mystery, downtime, and emotional moments that feel earned rather than forced. I like games that are sincere without being too serious, and funny without becoming constant jokes or bits. Consent and boundaries are important to me. Heavy themes, major trauma themes, intense character conflict, PvP, romance/flirting, sexual content, or anything that could strongly affect another player’s character should be discussed first. Lines and veils should be respected. I fit best with people who want to tell an awesome story together, share spotlight, cooperate, listen to each other, and make sure everyone’s character matters. I am not a good fit for bigotry, discriminatory humor, main character syndrome, edgelord behavior, disruptive rules-lawyering, non-cooperative play, PvP/romance/sexual content without consent, trauma dumping, or using RPGs as therapy. As a player, I appreciate clear, fair, cooperative DMs who respect boundaries and care about character arcs. As a DM, I value respectful players who compromise, share spotlight, and care about the party and shared story.

I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game/improv troupe I associate with the best expressions of role playing games.  I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and holding spance to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy.   I'm happy to run games for your group in 5E/5.5E.  I'm proficient with D&D Beyond, and will include music/sfx in our games and also make maps with Inkarnate. I'm interested to play games in Foundry/Forge and Roll20 where the use of dynamic lighting and other api features are highlighted.  I would like to learn other RPG systems like Shadowdark and Daggerheart.  I'm also interested in playing more Starfinder/Pathfinder and Star Wars!

I've been playing tabletop RPGs since the Red Box era and have spent most of that time behind the GM screen, though I'm always happy to be a player when the opportunity comes along. Shadowdark is my current favorite system, but I also enjoy most OSR games, Call of Cthulhu, and Barbarians of Lemuria. As a player, I enjoy exploration, meaningful choices, dangerous adventures, and character-driven roleplay. I like games where clever ideas matter as much as character sheets, and I'm perfectly happy in campaigns where the threat of failure, even character death, is part of the experience. I'm reliable, easygoing, and looking for a group that values teamwork and good table etiquette. I enjoy creating characters that fit the setting rather than bringing a pre-built concept to every campaign, and I believe everyone at the table shares responsibility for making the game fun. Outside of gaming, I'm a high school English teacher, so clear communication and consistency are important to me. If I commit to a game, you can count on me to show up prepared and ready to play.

Hi, my name is Gideon (32; They/them). I am looking to join a campaign with a LGBTQ+ friendly group of adults Monday-Friday after 5pm or Saturday/Sunday after 6pm EST since I work two jobs. I have played 5e, Pathfinder 1 and 2, and 3.5e, but open to trying new systems and homebrew.  Still somewhat of a novice, but not entirely new. I love making all sorts of characters and contributing to a group. I am not going to make the "lone wolf", hostile, or murderhobo characters. I will pull my weight during combat, in RP, and the campaign story.   I do love combat, but also love RP and I think they are both important to TTRPGs. I want the story as much as the numbers! I am okay with modules or homebrew. A long-term campaign would be the best but I am down for shorter ones as well.  As for RP style, I am still struggling with accents beyond a few very bad ones (lol). I am autistic so I know I can sometimes be a little flat-toned, and I am working on watching videos for how to improve my library of accents! I enjoy learning about other's characters/stories, as well as the lore/story of the DM's world. I want a party that can be serious or silly but wants to tell a story together with the DM. I would love to get invested in characters and campaign. I want to build relationships with other player's characters and honor the effort they made in creating them, even if said character is Mr. Noodle's the Lizard who speaks only in puns.  Happy to be in a campaign with romance (consensual) or without. I am more than happy with detailed worlds and involved/complex plots. I am a lover of Dune (books and films), The Expanse (books and series), Lord of the Rings (books and films), Poppy War, Red Rising, Arrows of the Queen, and others.  I do not get inebriated at the tables and never have, so if that is something other players or you as a DM worry about or have dealt with, you won't with me. I am also an artist and love to doodle for campaigns.  I have a Discord and working mic/camera. I am a note-taker and pay attention. So if you are a DM that wants a player who will pick up on subplots and details, I am for you! I do have experience with D&D Beyond as well as Owlbear. Reservation:   I don't have any major phobias that need to be avoided but I won't do SA of a character. I am understanding of it being part of a backstory or world (off-screen) or if it has been discussed/agreed on between victim's player and DM yet even then only off-screen/stage. Absolutely no RP of SA.   I am okay with darker themes, but I don't want to be in campaigns with fantasy racism or "women and AFAB people can't be fighters" stuff where the DM uses it as an excuse for their sexism. If it's part of the world, fine, but don't be obnoxious about it and make playing anything other than a male character miserable. TLDR Older reliable queer player looking for campaign during the week after 5pm or weekends after 6pm EST. Dm for Discord handle.

Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, both as GM and as player, and I'm getting back on the saddle. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, often choosing to play the right track at the right second for the right scene. That said, I enjoy the acting and teamwork part of playing, so I'd like to do that as well from time to time. I recently launched a paid Vampire: The Masquerade Chronicle, so I'm willing to trade seats if our playstyles and game list match. As this is my player profile, I'd like to focus on roleplay heavy horror games. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have a lot of experience in the previous edition of Call of Cthulhu set in the Roaring Twenties, so I'm sure I can adapt to the new edition easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'd like the chance to try them out to round up the horror genre. When it comes to my playing style, I'm roleplay focused and lean into characters keen on knowledge and lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors, librarians looking for eldritch tomes, and tomb raiding archaeologists. When I GM, I lean towards Rule of Cool, and I favor players who invest creativity in their characters. Over a decade plus of playing RPGs but not nearly enough as I'd have liked. I'm east coast based and work regular work hours, but down to fit my schedule with whatever works best with a group and don't mind varying timezones! Either weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever the best schedule fits for a group and I make it a point to always show up for each session unless something happens (I hate giving late notice). I'm open to many systems and don't mind either a focus on roleplay or combat, even if I do lean towards more roleplay! Love to learn a system and explore as well as have experience with west marches style games.  General interests outside of RPG are numerous and I'm personable, approahcble, and always make sure any table I join is and will be a pleasant one!

Hello fellow RPG gamers, I'm Mark! I started playing D&D back in the 80's, Holmes Basic (bluebox), then AD&D (1e). Eventually drifted in and out of the hobby, but have been playing almost weekly since 2014. Played a few systems over the years, D&D most of all. I usually DM/GM, but also enjoy rolling up a character and adventuring. I love all aspects of RPGs; combat, exploration, problem solving, group synergy, social interactions, etc. For me, RPGs are as much about the people as the plot. I’m a social DM/GM and player who values gaming friends rather than just running through mechanics. My sessions strike a balance between a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and high-stakes drama when the story demands it. I also like character-driven narratives weaved into the campaign. This can come from backstories, or more importantly, from the ongoing story developed through the game. Over the last 10+ years I've mostly ran/played some great D&D5e games, but would like to focus on other games. Recently I've been into OSR games with some modern mechanics; like Dungeon Crawl Classics, Shawdowdark, Dragonbane, and a few others.
