I'm Alex! Teacher from Germany in my 30s, love to read and design campaigns, usually DMing one or two games a week myself, big gamer and movie enjoyer as well. I'm mostly a harmony seeking type, but I've RPed enough that I can handle some heat as well. You likely won't find me strategizing things out mid combat, I'll try to stay in character because I love the immersion, and I usually try to keep things tonally consistent. Looking forward to play with y'all!

I'm in EST [GMT+5] and would need to be done by midnight, but outside that my schedule is pretty flexible. I'm not new to role-playing: I've had some experience with ADND, ADND2e, DND5e2014, Shadowrun, PF1e, PF2e, Shadowdark. I'm especially interested in experiencing FATE, Shadowdark, OSR, Freebooters, but open to most systems. I don't just want to crunch numbers or kill kill kill. I do like a bit of killing as much as the next guy (depending on the next guy), but maybe there are other options we could try. I like tables where everyone is at least trying to roleplay, even if it doesn't come that naturally. Personally, I enjoy voicing my characters. I do NOT like getting bogged down by rules: I want to spend time _role-playing_, not wrestling with mechanics. -So it's really helpful when the game-master either knows the relevant rules or has mastered the art of winging it. I do enjoy Tolkienesque fantasy worlds quite a bit, but could also enjoy other genres such as science fiction / shadowrun / steampunk / post-apocalypse and more. I'm completely fine with a very slow leveling curve: delayed rewards are more meaningful. I haven't done online roleplaying before, but I'm quite computer-literate and I'm confident I can get my system set up well in advance of play-time. I appreciate Japanese culture and language, so bonus points if you do too. I'm over 50 years old, if that matters. I'm left-wing but have never brought that to a gaming table. I don't discriminate against anyone for their identity. If anyone has a lead on a suitable group, please let me know, thanks.

Hello fellow RPG gamers, I'm Mark! I started playing D&D back in the 80's, Holmes Basic (bluebox), then AD&D (1e). Eventually drifted in and out of the hobby, but have been playing almost weekly since 2014. Played a few systems over the years, D&D most of all. I usually DM/GM, but also enjoy rolling up a character and adventuring. I love all aspects of RPGs; combat, exploration, problem solving, group synergy, social interactions, etc. For me, RPGs are as much about the people as the plot. I’m a social DM/GM and player who values gaming friends rather than just running through mechanics. My sessions strike a balance between a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and high-stakes drama when the story demands it. I also like character-driven narratives weaved into the campaign. This can come from backstories, or more importantly, from the ongoing story developed through the game. Over the last 10+ years I've mostly ran/played some great D&D5e games, but would like to focus on other games. Recently I've been into OSR games with some modern mechanics; like Dungeon Crawl Classics, Shawdowdark, Dragonbane, and a few others.

Hi! i'm siri, a queer nonbinary girl looking for groups outside of your standard DnD fare. There's so many games out there waiting to be played, and it's hard to convince your RPG group to do that. To fix that, i'm looking for stuff i haven't played before. i'm particularly interested in Shadowdark and other OSR games, right now, and also a cool cyberpunk game (the setting, though i will totally also try Cyberpunk, the RPG). i have a lot of experience playing all kinds of systems, but mostly DnD, Pathfinder 2e, and PbtA games. i have a lot of time on my hands, particularly on weekday mornings (CET). i'm not unwilling to DM, but i really only have experience with prepared campaigns, so far, so i'm still mostly a beginner.

I am Henry (Hank) and have been an 'endless GM' most of my TTRPG play experience. I love to play as well and when I do get the chance I enjoy that very much as well. I am always willing to try a new game system, playtest games and I even dabble in board games, both in creation as a hobby and play them on the regular. I have been a TTRPG player and a legend-master for over 12 years. A big thing I have enjoyed over the years is getting to know the communities based around many different systems and settings in the entire community. It brings me joy to watch players work together to overcome challenges, both self inflicted and ones that I create. As a Legend Master, I tend to lean to "yes let's put a roll to it" kind of attitude. I love to see creativity and will stretch the RAW a little for "rule of cool". I do like to keep things moving but will slow down pace to help new people learn the system. I do not play against my players, but with them. I do not care for the DM vs the players. The biggest thing I like to see at my table is others enjoying the TTRPG world.
