Hello, I'm Alex. I've played DnD 5e for several years, and am currently DM'ing my own campaign. Recently, I've developed the itch to be a player again and am looking for a long term game to do so in. I prefer more serious campaigns, with a pretty equal split of roleplay and combat. I trend toward martial classes and clerics (but have played most classes) when designing characters, though i typically design and build whatever type of character is the best fit I can think of for the party and campaign. I also enjoy more grounded and realistic designs for them, as I think it is fun to be the more mundane type in worlds with so many fantasy elements, while also allowing other party members to express their more unique ideas for characters. If you're looking for a player that understands both sides of the table, and will make a character that could probably be an npc in your world and no one would question it, I'm a pretty good pick I guess lol. I also wouldn't mind learning Pathfinder, as it does seem very cool.
