Hello! My name is Parker, a sophomore in high school somewhere in the US. I'm looking for a group to play with, Dungeon Master and other players, online, on discord or roll20 or whatever other platform, and in D&D 5e (2014 or 2024, makes little to no difference to me)! I've been wanting to play for a couple months now, so I've done some reading, made other characters, and listened to plenty of Legends of Avantris, enough to know how the game is played, but just was never able to myself! The character I have made, to keep things simple for myself and engaging to learn, is actually a fantasy-AU interpretation of one of my favorite canon characters: Korekiyo Shinguji! (bad taste, I'm aware... and no canon knowledge or anything weird like that required, lol). He's a Shadar-Kai Bard character. I've also a few others though this one was the one I intend to play for my first time as well! (Character sheets at: https://filebin.net/sb5dkrlp1mzlqauk) I wouldn't say there's any specific vibe or theme I want or am looking for, but I can specify that I am looking for a campaign that's long-term, fun story, and fantasy. I don't know if that's a specific niche yet, and if it is I apologize. Honestly, and I'm sorry to repeat myself, there really isn't anything specific I want other than to just get in there, laugh a bit and pretend to be Kiyo in a fantasy world! Some things about me! I am reliable, and will try to commit to every session to the best of my ability. I assume weekly sessions, more than that may be a bit iffy since I am available not as much as I would like to admit throughout the week. Team player, Roleplay focused, respectable table manners. Again, new to D&D but committed to learning! I don't care about political views or orientations at all! I'm inclusive! My Availability (All times in Eastern Standard (EST-5)): Sunday: Before 12:00 PM and after 7:15-7:30 PM (working weekends, it sucks) Monday: After about 3:30 to 4:00 PM depending on my bus (Well, technically school starts at 6:00 AM, but chances of me getting on before that are slim to none :P) Tuesday: Same as Monday, after 3:30 to 4:00 Wednesday: after 7:15-7:30 PM Thursdays: Same as Monday, after 3:30 to 4:00 Fridays: Sorry, but today doesn't work. I play Magic after school and that lasts until Midnight Saturdays: Also not a great day, since I work from 12 to 7, and Magic night starts at about 8.
