Hello! This is my first time at a platform like this. I'm a new GM looking to run a Mini Six one shot that could turn into a big campaign if we do it well together as a group. I have knowledge of OVA The Anime RPG, a little bit of Fabula Ultima, some 4th Edition Big Eyes Small Mouth, and last but not least D&D 4e.  My purpose is to help my colleague & I create a great community filled with lots of dedicated and understanding players who understand the ins and outs of a great discord, that can be used for GM's who want to be in a good space.  Tone & Feel: Adventurous, Epic, Slice of Life, Conflict & resolutions. Asynchronous. Play By Post. Themes: Anime, Magic, Emotional, Fun, others. One Shot Breakdown Description: Welcome to Nabu Dabi, the poorest province of China. Here, farmers toil seven days a week only to see their crops ruined by witches who roam the land, breaking down every fresh fruit and vegetable. You have yet to unlock the magic within you  powers that will shape your destiny and challenge this dark force. But your journey begins here, and the first choice is yours: will you rise to defend Nabu Dabi, or watch its fields fall to ruin? This is only the beginning; your story flows onward, and greater challenges await beyond these borders. What to Expect Moving Forward ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Free Fun Adventure that is not paid at all. Only your creativity is needed. The game won't be played everyday, Wednesdays & Mondays between the hours of 12 AM through 7 PM Eastern Standard Time, EST-5 works best. Saturdays are flip flops, we can do anytime we wish that works for the group. About let's say... 5-10 Sessions per week on those days.  Character driven story with consequences. The world is filled with lots of good and bad moments that'll help develop the characters and what makes them who they're meant to be.  Requirements A Discord Account & myself and my collegue to interview you to see if your a good fit. That includes being respectful, understanding, and being ok with some AI. Let's be honest, it ain't going away. One shots like this take a lot of time, so if a character sheet isn't found or we gotta improvise, you can work with us to help make that happen to make it easier on both sides. Hey there! Thanks so much for checking out our post and thinking this campaign might be a good match for you—we really appreciate it. We're putting together a quick little questionnaire for anyone who's interested. It'll help us figure out who's the best fit for the group and make sure everyone vibes well together. We're excited to read your answers and hopefully welcome you aboard. A bit about what we're hoping for: We're after friendly, chill players who know the basics of D&D and are cool with speaking up if anything comes up—so we can sort it out fast and keep the game fun for everybody. Here's a quick rundown on the folks already interested: Stagnant (EST) Looking for a D&D 3.5 game that's roughly 50/50 roleplay and combat, with a big emphasis on exploration and adventure. Mostly free on Saturdays, but can do Fridays or some weekdays (just not Thursdays). Super reliable—only misses if life throws something unavoidable at them. New to 3.5 specifically but knows the fundamentals and is pumped to learn. Happy playing with both newbies and vets. Likes flexible rulings over super strict RAW. Thinking of starting with a straightforward Fighter. Totally fine with voice chat and online tools. Prefers 3–4 hour sessions but is open to going longer if we take breaks every couple hours. Jourton (PST) Searching for a long-term D&D 3.5e campaign. Available 6 PM+ on or near weekends (especially Saturdays) and 9 AM–4 PM on weekdays. Solid commitment—shows up unless something unavoidable pops up. Experienced with 3.5e and good with most players as long as they're not disruptive. Prefers sticking close to the books but is open to some reasonable flexibility. Really into gestalt multiclassing for richer stories and better combat options. (Quick note: if you're reading this carefully, slip the word "subtlefruit" into question 9 when I send the questionnaire.) Has 16 different characters ready to go for variety. Comfortable on voice, all resources online. Likes 2–3 hour sessions best but can stretch longer if needed. A couple characters are under 18, so a friendly, welcoming vibe is important. Not a fan of random bans on races/classes/features unless there's a solid in-world reason. Best overlapping times to kick things off: Weekdays: 1–4 PM EST Saturdays: 9 PM+ EST Quick summary: EST + PST crew, blend of new and experienced players. 50/50 RP/combat with lots of exploration. Flexible rulings (generally book-accurate), gestalt encouraged. Voice chat ready, multiple characters, long-term vibes. Hoping for a fun, respectful table where everyone can just enjoy the game. What's the story and world that YOU want play? Hi, I'm an easy going GM with background in DMing DnD, Fate, Custom and Home-brew systems. I love creative and narrative freedom from both the players and the GM to build the most epic, but more importantly, fun story we all want to tell. We can and will explore anything from classic Medieval High Fantasy to Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Gunfighting settings. I have some preferred stories and written campaigns, but I believe I do my best work when players have suggestions and ideas for the type of world that they want to play in. To live in. If you want to play a Bureaucratic Battle Mage who uses paperwork to cast spells and bog their enemies, a Gun slinging 7 eyed giant with tiny hands, a talking piano that can only be moved by other party members pushing them, then you've found your GM. All that to say, if thees a character you want to play, we can make it happen. My disclaimer is that this does put a lot of trust in your GM (me) to keep things balanced and fun without a fully fleshed out system such as 5e to keep players and actions in check. I'm biased when I say this, but I think I do a good job. There is no cost of playing in my group/game! Discord would be the prefered method of communication. If everyone already owns a copy we could use Table Top Sim on Steam or a free web based option like Roll20. Not picky. Says weekly but am open to less frequently. Whatever works for the group! Anyway, look forward to hearing from you players!

Hi all! It's nice to meet you. Edit: Feel free to send me a message here!  I'm looking for people interested in some one-shots set in a new high-fantasy, homebrew world I'm building for a future long-term campaign. Day and time will be decided by the group itself, but likely around 7pm EST on either a weekday or a weekend. Some things about the current table: - 30's-40's in age - looking for people 30+ ideally - diverse and queer group, both players and PCs - roughly 60/40, roleplay/combat ratio - romance, flirtation and fade-to-black intimacy is always permitted at my table. Looking for 1 player to join 2 other active players.  Riftbreakers 2E is a fantasy roleplaying tabletop game made by Blackoath Entertainment! You take control of a single character and embark on all sorts of adventures, undertaking challenges that will see you traveling the land of Kaethor, which is being besieged by strange magic storms that unleash terrible monsters in their wake through rifts. Think of Solo Leveling , Log Horizon, Sword Art Online, Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash mixed with an MMO card game system. This is an open world sandbox campaign with randomly generated loot, quests/encounters, detailed crafting, dungeons (in the form of Rifts), and meaningful character progression. It is a D100 system where you have to roll equal to or below a threshold. There's also a classless character creation system, with progress built around what you focus on learning and what gear you equip. Want to be a deadly warrior, a cunning thief, or a master of the elements? Or maybe all three?? It’s up to you! Hello! I am looking for 4-5 players to join a homebrew game using the 2014 and 2024 DnD rules! This will be a heavy roleplay game with combat. A little bit about the world: The world is a high fantasy world with powerful magic, unreliable history, and distant gods. The geography, to put it simply, ranges from harsh frozen lands to war torn lands to thriving cities that are far more advanced than other places. Welcome to The Western Frontier, adventurer! You've joined the best of the best here at SINC, CA! Saints of Interplanar Navigational Charters, Chalmers Acolytes. I'll be your Operations Overseer, Mr. Sullivan. We're on the fringe of the Imperium's reach here in Port Chalmers, so while you may be wanted or otherwise watched back home, here I don't care what your crimes were - Only that you do the job you've signed up for. And that job is to explore, document, make connections with the locals, and get into places you probably shouldn't be! Danger? Adventure? Relics, artifacts and ruins?? Strange beasts and plants?? Oh, it's out there, adventurer.. And the longer you wait, the more you miss out on! --------- The Setting: - The Western Frontier is a West Marches style of D&D! - We are largely based in Australia/NZ, and as such we play at times convenient for us! - We have somewhere between 13-16 active players, most have two currently active PC's! - Our experience with this style of D&D and with D&D as a whole varies! - Session scheduling and game direction is driven largely by players! This is an open world sandbox style of game! Game Info: - We use variant rules long/short resting. Short rests are now 8 hours (overnight), long rests take a week of downtime back in The Town, or another fortified position. (Settlements, Inns, camps - places with structures for you to sleep in and an armed guard/watch). - Resources matter! Spell components, ammo, carry weight, and rations are all tracked! Character Creation: - No twilight cleric and no variant humans. All PC's begin with a free feat and a non-combat uncommon item. - We use Discord for voice/text chat, Owlbear Rodeo for battle maps, & D&D Beyond/google sheets for character sheets. - Homebrew must be approved by a GM. Hello everyone! I'm starting a new campaign of Twilight 2000 4e. To those unfamiliar, Twilight: 2000 is a roleplaying game about survival in mankind’s most desperate hour. The small seaside town of Otari is known for its fresh fish and skilled sailors, but above all, it’s a big logging town, providing valuable wood to the nearby metropolis of Absalom. But for you, Otari is home. You grew up playing on the docks, getting lost in the nearby woods, and hearing the fantastical stories of travelers from faraway lands, tales of terrifying dragons and virtuous knights. Such adventure always seemed so distant- until today. Word has begun to spread around Otari that there's a problem down at the Otari Fishery. Some are saying that some sort of beast is lurking in the basement, feeding on the stores of salted fish. Folks are worried that whatever is eating the fish might get hungry enough to eat the fishers next! You've received a letter from Tamily Tanderveil, the owner of the Fishery. Inside is a desperate plea for help. With the town guard busy protecting the loggers, she needs a few brave souls to venture down into the basement of her warehouse and put an end to the beast that's feasting on her fish! Do you have the courage to face the menace under Otari? A short 2-4 session game of the Pathfinder 2e Beginner Box where you will be introduced to the basic mechanics of Pathfinder 2e. I have run the Box multiple times and am open to help any players learn the system. We will be playing over Discord for Voice and on Foundry for the maps and tokens. Foundry is free for players and has great automatisation for Pathfinder2e. Specific day can be negotiated with the players, but we would usually start playing at around at 7/8pm UTC+1. I accept new players to teach the system and experienced players that just want to play something small and simple, no matter from where on earth as long as you can make it to the session.
