Welcome players, to Kavaala! A homebrew setting full of factions, warfare, political intrigue, and plenty of monster slaying! I have run this setting for over 3 years now and have a long term campaign ready for you. It is a high fantasy campaign, where access to magic is indicative of economic standing and is a resource hard-fought over. The themes of this adventure include colonization, war, and revolution. Factions are the core focus to this campaign, as I keep track of each players relation to each faction as well as important NPC's, which will mechanically affect everything from simple dialogue skill checks, to having an army's support during a battle! New players as well as veterans are welcome, and pre-generated characters will be available for those who want them. I''m also running things pretty close to by-the-book for the 5e 2024 edition of DnD so it will help beginners get used to the core system (though character flavor can be as creative as you want).
